I can't believe it, but were actually considering one last trip before our oldest heads off to college next fall. Februrary vacation week (3rd full week of the month) is the best time for us to travel. I haven't booked a room yet, but just realized that on previous trips I booked our dinner reservations way ahead. Does anyone know the time table for booking dinner ressies? If we make a definite decision to go one more time (before tuition payments take over our finances!), I want to book ressies as soon as they'll let me.
