11 Year Old ordering of children's menu?

My 11 year old is a picky eater. Will he be able to order off the children's menu at Table Service restaurants? We will not be on the Dining Plan.

At most places he will be fine. I have heard that a couple restaurants that are not run by Disney (La Hacinenda, for example) won't allow it. But the vast majority will.

You should be fine. It's not like they are going to ask to see your kid's i.d.

My sisters and i (well past 9 years) were even able to order kid's meals once at HBD with no problem. They didn't inc. the drink for us but we were fine with it. We were even told we could order double and triple the amount of food if we wanted. We didn't-it was hot that day.

Most places won't have a problem with it, but it varies from place to place and server to server.
