11 months

Maybe someone can help. I thought their was some place, that you could put in your dates, and it will tell you when you can call at the 11 month date. I know I have used this before, and I can not find anything on the DVC site.

You just count months not days. You don't need a calculator for DVC reservations.

For example -

If you want to check in on August 9, 2010, you can call on September 9, 2009.

If you want to check in on December 20, 2010-, you can call on January 20, 2010

If you want to check in on November 1, 2010, you can call on December 1, 2009.

Is there a specific check in date you are wondering about?

Look under My Vacation Points on the DVC member page, and you'll see something like this:

•You do not have any Vacation Points for Member ID number xxxxxxxxx available to bank at this time.
•Currently, you may request a reservation for a Disney Cruise Line® vacation that has a sail date on or before August 9, 2011, some sailings may not be available for booking at the 24-month window.
•Currently, you may request a reservation at your Home Resort for vacations that have a check-in date on or before July 9, 2010, based upon availability.
•Currently, you may request a reservation at any Disney Vacation Club Resort for vacations that have a check-in date on or before March 9, 2010, based upon availability.
•This Use Year's remaining Vacation Points for Member ID number xxxxxxxxxx will expire on the last business day of May 2010.

It's really simple to figure the 11 month window, for instance, if you want to check-in August 24th, 2010, for example, you can call September 24th, 2009.

Thanks, This will be my 11th dvc stay booked, and My mind just went blank. We are going to stay in a 2 bedroom at BCV. I want a dedicated so I want to book at August 19 arriving July 19. We were in room 433 this year, and it was great. Thanks again

You have to specifically request dedicated with 2 queens (if that's what you want). Not all of the dedicated 2 bedrooms at BCV have the 2 queens (some kind of design flaw, some of them are not big enough).
