11 month vs 7 month window

I have 330 points at BCV and 240 at VB. I've borrowed and used my 2006 BCV points but still have my 2006 VB points. Can I still book BCV at the 11 month window?

you can only use your VB points at the 7 month time to book BCV if available.

No. Your Vero points give you the 11-month advantage at that resort. You need to wait until 7 months to book BCV using VB points, even though you do have some other ownership at BCV.
