11 Month Booking Window

Does the window (online) open at 12:00 AM EST or when Member Services open for business that day? I'll be out of country and will need to coordinate accordingly!

8AM ET online, 9AM ET to call MS.

The window opens at 8 a.m. Eastern Time.

Member Services opens at 9 a.m. Eastern time.

Once you get past midnight I at 12:01 a.m., it will show you the new day list of available rooms but when you go to book it will say something went wrong you cannot do that at this time.

So you can look at midnight but you can't book until 8 a.m. Eastern Time
