Our family will be taking our first Disney cruise on Nov 8th, 2003 !!!!! (we'll e-mail you soon with all the details)

Our family consists of myself and my DH (big Disney fans)
and our 3 daughters (youngest will be 5 yrs old, middle daughter will be 9.5 yrs old, and oldest will be 10.5 yrs old at the time of cruising).

Thanks to the wonderful people at Dreams Unlimited, we have 2 adjoining secret porthole rooms on deck 5.

Can't wait to read the newsletter !!

3minniemom, you're gonnal like our newsletter name. As of right now we have 7 kids who are now 10 or will be at cruise time (give or take 6 months). 10 was a great year for me. Lived in Hawthorne, NV (pop. 3500). Spent all summer catching snakes and lizzards. Got my first kiss (yuck, really didn't like it at that point). Learned to play golf. Had no worries about house note, car notes, etc. Plus, I think all Disney lovers are 10 year olds at heart. Soooo..... we have named our newsletter/cruise:

Our kids have a great time just hanging out. Erin is quite the social butterfly and loves common grounds. Derek likes to walk around the ship, talk to adults and cast members from all over the world, very curious mind. We rarely see them, except for dinner when they need to eat with us and dress up! No curfews, where can they go!?!?!

Hi Everyone -

We will be on the 11/08/03 cruise too!! There will be 4 of us - myself, husband, daughter (8) and son (5). This will be our second cruise - we did a 3 day in 2001 and my husband and kids loved it soo much they wanted to do a 7 day this time around. I enjoyed it too but I am prone to motion sickness and I have a 'thing' about being confined on a ship with no land in sight - haha!! - so I hope I will be a little more relaxed this time around!! My son is especially excited about the Mickey Slide - he would have spent the entire cruise going down that slide - and that is all he is talking about for this next cruise!! We are all anxious to visit all the different 'ports of call' as we have not been to any of those places yet - and my husband is already making a list of all the excursions he wants to do (especially the Atlantis submarine - not one I am looking forward to - I don't want to be confined in a submarine underwater - haha!! - I may have to pass on that one!!)

Hi Imgoingtodisney - we are from Bristol, CT - which is about 20 minutes southwest of Hartford - about 1 hour from the Mass border. I see in your signature you are DVC owners (WLV) - we also purchased DVC - back in 95 - orginally at OKW but then sold OKW and bought at BWV when it opened We love DVC!!!

Not a confirmed 11/8/03 cruiser yet, but contemplating it. Also from CT (Prospect , near Waterbury) A member of the 11/30/02 Cancelled Magic Cruiser Club , so the "discount" turns into a pumpkin at 12:00:01 12/20/2003 . Also trying to assemble a group, have had space reserved since May '02... Looks like it will be 11/8 Western or 11/29 Eastern ... Hate to miss the Christmas festivities......
