11:30AM FLight on day of disembarkation

Will we be able to make an 11:30AM flight the day we disembark? What time are you able to leave the ship? DO they let you off in groups according to your flight departure time?

Unlike RCCL, Disney does NOT force you to get off in assigned groups. You just disembark whenever you want after the ship has been cleared.
We have made an 11:30 flight a couple of times. We take Happy Limo and keep our luggage with us so that we don't have to look for it in the port (it was mistakenly taken by someone else once). That way, we know we have everything and can leave immediately.
There is always a chance that the ship could be delayed by weather, a medical emergency, etc. and get to Port Canaveral late. In 36 Disney cruises, we've only been delayed twice. Once was the bag incident I mentioned (Disney wouldn't take a report until literally everyone else had claimed their bags, I guess to make sure that ours wouldn't show up) and once due to a change in the terrorism level (they seem to have smoothed that out now). Otherwise you should be able to disembark by 7:30 or even 8 and still make it (the airport is less than an hour away, and Security should be quick if you beat the passengers from the other cruise lines there).

We had them take our bags, took the shuttle and still made it to the airport by 9:30 am. It helped that we forced ourselves to be up and at our 6:45 am breakfast.
