I asked him at one point, before the police got there....was there a reason why he didnt stop.....he didnt answer me. The police came and made us both sit in our cars. But after all was done, he did apologize....he said that he just looked away for a second to adjust his mirror and we were right there, he steped on his brakes, but they felt like they didnt do anything. He was a few years older than me...so I knew that he really felt bad. Oh well thats why they are called accidents.....but we are both doing fine.

I did bring my truck in this morning for a quote on my bumper. So I will be taking my truck in on monday for repairs. they will have it the entire week.

Denise: Sorry to hear about the accident. Glad you two were not hurt too badly.

Just another day in paradise here in Portland! I did receive some good news about this trip last night. Part of my frequent flier benefits for Delta finally kicked in and I have been upgraded to first class for the trip home tomorrow. That will help ease the pain of a 5 hour flight a little bit, and I might actually get something to eat besides crackers and pretzels!

No, I will go in the end of November or the beginning of December for that sonogram. You have to be at least 18 weeks to tell what you are having. I will let you know when I go.

Good Afternoon,
Yesterday afternoon we went to DH's work and DS had a ball there. He was smiling at everyone when they were telling him he was a very cute Elmo!!! Well then it came time to Trick-r-Treat and it started off with DS crying but when he saw another kids going from house to house he was all for it. We did about 5 houses and DS was done but he had a blast Trck-r-treating. Today my dining room set is going so I am waiting around for that and getting things done around the house. I also want to decorate my windows for Thanksgiving. Well talk to you later!!

Just back from the Tower of Terror Race. It rained 4 days out of 5, but at least it wasn't horrible hot.


Bruce is much better although still unable to lift anything, and thank heavens, the biopsy was negative. We're HAPPY!

Hey there, Today DD is home sick. She came home from school yesterday and just looked sick. I took her temperature and it was 101. I think she has a sinus infection or a some type of virus. We are all passing it around. She did not go trick or treating She was pretty bummed I took Madison out with my brother in law and 2 nieces. They had a good time.

Linda-glad to hear the good new about Bruce.

Denise- for you. Sorry to hear about the accident!! I hope you both get feeling better.

Bob-Have a safe trip home. Glad you got an upgrade.

Lorna, I'm here. Just taking a break from the DIS for a bit. Austin is busy with high school and we were helping a friends nephew run for Governor of LA and he won. So things have been busy.

well we are finally cooling down to upper70's like we should have. I am so happy about that.

Not much happening here, we are heading over to WDW one day this weekend, probably sunday because it's not as crowded on sunday morning.

Good Morning ,
Well it is a chilly fall day here in NY. Okay, so my dining room set came yesterday and the bottom base to the china cabinet is green wood and the top in natural wood. I was so disappointed !! Well we have a natural wood base on order but I just wanted everything here for Thanksgiving and it does not look like that is happening !!! The table and chairs are nice and look great!!
Today we are going to run errands to the bank and supermarket. This weekend Dh is going to a baseball card show in Allentown Pa and me and DS are going to do Christmas shopping at the Outlets with my Mom and Dad. Sunday we are finishing the Christmas shopping at the mall. That is all we have planned this weekend. Have a great weekend!!
