Hooray, the Magic is here! Unfortunately there was a major accident and car fire on the Interstate this morning so we had to take an alternate route and couldn't see her. We'll try again on our way home this afternoon at 3:00.

1) Do we buy a gift for everyone playing
2) Do we buy a gift a day or only one gift per stateroom

Hi folks. I was right....we didn't have an official "group" because we were late to the game and then only 8 families switched but at least we are all getting some unplanned onboard credit!

For anyone considering the 2009 Bananahead sailing, Carol is going to set up a "group" number for us and then if you book onboard or have already done so, you can transfer your reservation to her to be part of the group.

Then we can talk about a benefit such as a cocktail party onboard or a palo brunch or some such thing in addition to any OBC that she is offering. I said I'd be happy to coordinate letting anyone know who is interested so I will likely ask Shell to share with me the cruisemates list emails and then I will send you a note with details once I get them.

Had my follow up doctor's appointment today and everything is A-OK. What a relief. Here i was thinking I was feeling almost back to normal but after that big activity (being driven to the doc's office, having lunch and coming home) I fell dead asleep on the couch for an hour. Everyone who has had this surgery talks about how long it takes them to not feel sleepy anymore. I, of course, thought - that't nonsense...I"m sure I'll be back to normal much faster. Guess not. I get to actually drive the car for the first time this afternoon. That should probably make me want to sleep for a week.

I slept a ton after my surgeries. One of them I dont remember anything for the first 24 hours?? Its my understanding I talked with nurses and doctors and Greg but I dont remember a thing
Enjoy the rest now, soon you'll be zipping around again with no time for a nap

Well, I am official on west coast time now. Just arrived in Portland about an hour ago. Had a window seat on a full plane, so I waved to Greg when we flew over Idaho. I thought I saw a flooded yard, so I assumed it was his!

Will check in more later. They still expect me to put in a half day of work after a 5 hour flight!

Thanks for the great weather, Kathy. Surprisingly, I have had good weather almost every trip out here! A little warm this time, but still better than what I left in Atlanta!

Elmers relatives is comin ta visit he has three aunts that travel round to the county fairs and such singin songs they kinda take off on those three italan fellas that sing opry theys called the three tenners or somethin like that
they fancy to call themsefs the aunt tenors they cause quite a ruckous when they sing and put up a real racket guess thatd be a tenors racket haw haw aunt menusha has a bit of a drinkin problem though shell bend her elbow any chance she gets so much so that she got a touch of artharitus in her the doc called it tenors elbow haw haw again

I think you were asking BobbyNY about cruise upgrades and Bob (TB) thought you were asking him about his flight upgrade on his business trip to Portland today. At least I think that's what just happened

Hey everyone. I had such a crazy day yesterday. I woke up coughing and had a sore thoat so I stayed in. When I was making dinner I burned myself (see no good comes from being domesticated ) and then to top it all off as I was getting ready to watch Entourage I broke my toe. OMG this is the first time I have ever broken a toe and it hurts really really bad. Joey asked if it would be OK to take me to the hospital after the show. I told him there was no need to take me to the hospital since there is nothing that can be done about a broken toe...at least he cared

Ouch, is an understatement! I broke my baby toe once. It really hurts. Did you get really bad brusing too?
