Well as an ardent nonsmoker I can't help you with that - but I can tell you that PA is in the dark ages and still allows smoking pretty much everywhere (until the law is enacted in mid September) and that many bars allow cigar smoking at the bar itself still.

Try living in Vegas. They passed a no smoking law that no one can understand and really isn't enforced so no ones follows it

Wow it has been awhile since I had to time to post on the boards. I figured while both kids are taking a nap let me see what going on the boards. So how is everyone?? Things are good here. We things getting so crazy in prices I got a Part-time job at Gymobree (kids clothes) to help us out alittle. DD's baptism was on 7/20 and she did not like her dress and cried through the whole mass. Nah, it's in the mountains. Not the "Arizona" that you're thinking of. Up in the mountains, it's nothing to get a foot of snow overnight, and that starts in early October

Well I was on top of things over the weekend, and now I'm pages behind again Just checking in.

Having trouble making reservations at WDW before the cruise. No rethinking our leave date. May just go straight to Radisson on Friday. I'm so sad, I hate not going to the parks.

Christine - we rented budget and did the shuttle the last two times and it worked well. I was just lazily hoping that the Radisson had a rental car drop off. We stayed at the Ron Jon the last times when we used Budget. So I guess DH will be there for the 9:00 shuttle to the port with the other Nanas!!

Shell: Ok, since its in the mountains...gotta be around Flagstaff....I knew I heard of payson, just wasnt sure where it was....been to phoenix, flagstaff and tucson....my niece lives in surprise.....I love arizona......that's where I really wanted to retire to......

Well nothing to exciting going on here.......got home and took a nap.....I have been feeling really drained lately...hope I aint getting sick.......

I also have been working on my packing list....I am really trying to cut down but all the outfits I was thinking of bringing.....I stilll am I dont know.....this is really starting to stress me out. I havent even begun to think about shoes yet

Hi all...I feel like a ghost, I lurk here quite often and try keeping up but hardly ever post...I just wanted to share some information with all of you...With the luggage situation on the airlines I decided to contact DCL regarding pre shipping boxes ahead...I thought it would be great to ship down the Fish Extender prizes and other items that I know I will not be returning home with...They gave me a number of some storage house down there in the port...And heres what I found out...the company is called IDS and services all the cruise lines...You can ship a 1 foot cube box (file cabinet box)no more than 25 pounds...It can not contain any food or liquids and will be xrayed...The gentlemen said you should ship about 10 days prior to the cruise and the box will show up in your stateroom when you arrive...I have all the specifics if anyone is interested let me...Just thought it might be an option to free uP some luggage space...Might even be able to sneak in a cheap blender in...lol

Now I also have two cruise related questions...I am on eastern time, having my cruise payed in full by Aug 31 what time can I book my excursions? I know this question was addressed I just wasnt exactly clear on the answer.

Also,i did ask Shell this question (thanks)
and respect her answer but just wanted to know if anyone ever tried to beat the check in system at DCL and brought all their parties passports to check in with out actually having one of the adult members: as they were at the car rental place...I remember when we cruised in 2006, I was the only one whO went to the window and the CM never asked to see any of the other people in my party...Just thought it would be easier for only one of us to return the car...Anyone have success with tHIS method???? Trying to get our game plan...THANKS
