This is simple, we are thinking about moving back this fall, before the cruise and live in the RV until June when the renters are out of the house.
Or if we decide not to go back this fall we will be going back in thee spring so we will be there june 1st when the renters are out.

Yes and I am with Shell - Kathy give up the untold story here. What's the plan? Bananaheads need to know!

Well we miss Florida, so in June we wont renew with the renters and will move back oursleves.
Work is still really bad there but low paying jobs are abundant. Greg will take one of those and we will rent out the upstairs to cover the mortgage and 3/4 of the utilities. We need medical benefits which we cant seem to get here and even working at a theme park full time you will get that.

We have 3 large bedrooms upstairs with their own bath, another room for extra storage for renters and a huge loft area for their common area. Only have to share the kitchen and washer and dryer. Kitchen is huge there, so no problem with the either. This has become very popular for people who cant quite afford an apartment on their own because they cost so much, so they look for rooms to rent. Most have to share bathrooms, but we can offer private bath and a pool. Of course the downstairs is all for us accept for the kitchen.

Then when the economy gets better, out the renters will go and we will have our nice house back again.

That is the plan for now. I figure about the time we leave i will be adjusted to the time change, then will have to change again

Well now that i have caught up with all of the morning posters I can say

We were still 84 at 11:00 P.M. last night, it took forever to cool off enough to sleep. Suppose to hit mid 90's again today. saturday we may just hit 100, it will be close. Any of you hit 100 yet this year??


Pretty quiet around here. Pixie keeps trying to open the door latch, one of these days she just might make it

well off to cause some trouble on the 09 board.

Pat- loved the funny about Stephen.

Just back from a swim meet. Lizzie did great. She swam backstroke in a medley relay and in a crescendo relay and one leg of a freestyle relay. She's really improved her times this year and is starting to get real competitive. Her team, the Sharks, lost for the first time tonight to another undefeated team. The battle of the champions! Another meet tomorrow and then the season is over except for championships. We don't know if Lizzie will be swimming in any of those yet...just waiting to hear if she got chosen.

Hope everyone had a great day. Hoping to get some work done tomorrow so I'd appreciate it if you folks would stop being so entertaining!

That's really awesome about Lizzie...I used to co-coach swim and loved it! I loved all the excitement, the meets, the team spirit, it was great! Hope she's having a blast.
