OK another thing to keep in mind. Taxis are very easy to find on the strip but near impossible to get anywhere else especially locally. I am in a hugh office building by Fremont Street and we can't even get them here. If you go to the spa in Henderson it will cost you about $25 one way and it would be very hard to get a taxi back (unless you ask the guy who drops you off to come back and even than you are taking a chance). We don't even use taxis to take us the to airport because most of the time they don't show up.

Good grief!!!!

Look like we'll be taking the Grand Chateau's limo everywhere?!

Geez Bob, don't be so mean! Remember last week Greg went up in a helicopter? That was like 2 WHOLE HOURS of work for him! Poor guy needs a break.

hi everyone.
Wow, it took me forever to catch up on some of the postings. The pictures are awesome. I want to zipline! Always thought it would be a lot of fun. Maybe before I get real old I will be able to have the opportunity to do so.

We had a great time at WDW this past weekend. Stayed at the Coronado. The parks weren't as crowded as I thought they would be. The only problem we ran in to was the liquid sunshine. The afternoon was pretty much spent in the room at the resort. When the sun peeked through we went swimming. The Magic Kingdom was open until midnight so we spent the evening there.
We have four nights booked for July and will stay in the campers at the campground. Looking forward to that.

I was wondering how the Blanton family was doing and how the baby was? I don't know if I skipped over that info or not.

Greg - Had to laugh at the sight of your children sweeping up the floor. I must post the pictures I took the other day. I finally figured out what to do with a house full of kids!

Jeff - I still think you're "super dad" Keep up the good work. My sister was telling me today that her daughter doesn't ever remember her dad doing anything with her when she was little. Elizabeth and Emily will have the greatest memories!

Bob - How is Bree? Thinking of her, as well as you and Lisa, daily.

Hope everyone is having a good week. I actually got to pick up some hours at work. One of the girls is out of town. I am trying to save $$ for Madisons dance. If she decides to get on the competiton team our dance fees will more than double Tomorrow I am going strawberry picking and I hope to make some freezer jam. Jordyn has a friend coming over too. Thats about all that is going on here. Pretty boring. Have a good night

Denise, OMG. I think those stairs would exhaust a fit athlete! Colorado is a beautiful state. How did you fair with the altitude? Did it bother you?

Back from Christian's last game, got postponed midway because of rain but we got to finish it. Good game. I was glad to see alot of my friends there this evening!

Hey Pat! Thanks for asking. She is doing well. We are all just waiting to see how the next 4-5 weeks are going to play out to see what happens.

She is going to Gatlinburg with us next weekend, and I actually agreed to let Shell & Wendy watch her! What was I thinking?

Greg: Yes, Colorado Springs.....I really like it there.

Dawn: I actually did fine in general with the altitude...no bother....except with the stairs!!!! I was huffing pretty good by the time I reached the top....actually, my daughter for her cardio & leg work outs...they actually have a "path" on the side of one of the mountains.....she say's its like stairs very steep....her and her friends do that...then do a 4 mile run down the mountain....she is very fit....she was running a few of the morning while I was there. She kept telling me on the way up, that she was behind me just in case I fell....she would cushion my fall I told her I would probably crush her!!!

Lorna: send some of that jam this way!!!! sounds yummy!!! I love home made foods....as long as someone else makes them.!!

Well tomorrow Jack goes in for his surgery.....I'm sure he will be ok....but with his age and his medical problems I'm a little worried.!!!
