I forgot to tell you guys what Pixie learned to do on our trip to the beach last saturday.

All of a sudden we heard wind blowing and the back window was open. I told Greg he must have bumped the button on the main control panel on the drivers door. he didnt remember doing it, but rolled it back up.

30 seconds later, we heard wind whooshing into the truck again and the window was down and Pixie was laying there looking very innocent.

so again Greg rolled it up and used the child safety lock to lock it with.

Then i peeked into the back and watched as she bumped her chin on the button over and over again, each time looking up at the window to see if it opened.

It only took one accident of her bumping it for her to catch on.
Pretty smart

Now we have to leave the back windows locked when the dogs are along.

Kathy, our youngest does the same thing when we go for a ride. She hasn't quite mastered hitting the button, but she will sit there and paw at it until I roll the window down for her. Now, of course in her brilliance, one or twice she has hit the wrong side of the button and almost raised the window with her head still out it!

Her and her mom really love the convertible because they can just sit and put their chins on the side of the car and feel the wind, without having to strain out the window.

I went to high school with a Dexter....sorry to say he was not attractive...actually he was a total NERD!! So my girlfriend and I decided to ask him and another unattractive guy in the class out to one of the school dances......I dont remember attending the dance....so I guess we got turned down!!!!

Well I have most of my work complete and my desk is looking pretty darn good right now....a few more hours and I will officially be on vacation.....
altho....I do have a dinner date tonite....

I noticed you guys did not get too many storms this weekend. We got quite a few up north. The one night the rain was so loud on the camper it was hard to sleep I am hoping John and Jordyn are having better weather. They are over near Silver Lake sand dunes.

Love the sand dunes. I took the boys camping there about 2 years ago. I took them around the base where the drop off is. Alot of people don't go there and I always thought that was the most fun. It was really hard for me to get over the dunes but I did it! Alexis was with us too!

I was trying to figure out something on our itinerary, and I have a question. Below is the itinerary that comes up for our cruise:

Sunday Key West 11:30 a.m. 7:30 p.m.
Monday At Sea — —
Tuesday Grand Cayman 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday Cozumel 9:30 a.m. 6:30 p.m.
Thursday At Sea — —
Friday Castaway Cay 9:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

At one point, didn't the itinerary say we were staying in Cozumel until like 10pm? I swear I remember that ...

Shell, I checked out the confirmation form from November 2007 and it says the same thing on it.

Boy, we're flying through this thread in record time!

My prediction was pretty close.....see post #39!

Looks like by this weekend we'll be on a new thread!

Been trying to get some things put together for our vacation to Park City this weekend.

The kids are getting excited to go swimming at the resort and hiking through the mountains and water skiing and jet skiing on the lake!

I'm looking forward to the Spa at the resort and the daily housekeeping service!!

Shell, If your looking for another dog, I've got one for ya to adopt and he's got a cool name.......MAX!!!

Well....I am just going to clean my bedroom and bathroom tonite....and maybe mop the kitchen floor....there is an open house this weekend....so Wally will be here, and the sweet, kind person that I am....I'm trying to give him a hand so the house will be clean.....
I'm also dong a couple loads of laundry now... wow, very exciting I know.

we'll be waiting

we finally got some sunshine here. dogs and I sat out and enjoyed it some. Then Pixie chewed up both their leashes while I wasnt looking

Luckily I got a hold of Greg as he was leaving work to stop and buy them new ones. It is 25 miles form here to find a store that would sell leashes and i didnt want to have to drive that far tonight to replace them.

well its time to fix some dinner,

I will be back at least once more before bedtime.
