So last night I dreamed that I was on the ship, it was the first day, I'm in my official Nana Head t-shirt ... and I can't find anyone else!!! I asked da Mutt if he'd seen anyone "yet" and he had seen Bob & Lisa and Wendy. Hmmm ... wonder what that all means???

Morning nanas!

Shell, it means Mutt loves me most, duh!!!

Well getting ready to head to the airport, wish it were a nanahead cruise:banana: I'll see ya'll in 3 weeks try to behave while I'm gone(you know who you are Greg) and send my Woo lots of love from me while I'm abroad.

Chow nanas

Ummm Greg are you wearing your leather on saturday..the day we board????

Ummm........usually anyone looking forward to meeting me is a bad sign!:sad2:

I'd better ditch the leather and wear my Kevlar bullet proof vest instead! :lmao:

Off today to take Minnie to the vet, see mom and go for a few minutes to our grandaughters graduation party,
so will check in when we return this evening.

Have a great day everyone,

Happy Saturday one and all.
Very quiet here today. No kids at all:thumbsup2 It's funny, I can't wait to have a "no Kids" day and then I do nothing but wonder what they are doing! I need a life.

Hi Denise..saw your green light.

I don't have anything planned for this weekend. May go to the mall and then out to lunch. Wanted to go to Disney today but may go tomorrow instead.
Stephen's all upset. He registered Cullen for pre-k3 yesterday. I remember the first time I registered my kids for school. I think that's when the cord is actually cut. Once they start school they become their own person and by some miracle they become smarter than their parents.

Jeff - Our dining reservations were linked to Lorna, Kathy, and Greg's. So far it's still a go for Stacey. If need be, maybe you can put Elizabeth up to 11 yr. olds in the clubs. I'm sure she can handle that. She's very mature. If they won't let her, I'll drop Stacey down. I don't think Stacey would have a problem with it as long as she can be with Elizabeth. Just let me know.

Shell - will get a picture of Stacey and Cullen as soon as I'm sure that Stacey will be joining us. So far it's a go, but...still waiting on her dad.

Have a great day all you

Pat

Hey Pat-
I agree as long as they will let Elizabeth move up I think she can easily handle it. I will ask some questions in August when we are on the cruise to see what the counselors say given our situation. Then we can work it out in November!

We will switch our dining to early so we can link. I think that will make all of our lives run more smoothly!

Have a great day.
Jeff

:wave2: Hello all it has been crazy in my life :scared1: Mom is doing better for all you RNs her Creatinine lrvel was a 3.40  but has finaly come back to almost normal for her :thumbsup2 Then my brothers appendix burst and he had a very very bad infection. he is also doing better. Last day of school was Friday and test are all done :cool1: :yay: I think I am more excited then the kids :confused3 Well we leave for the :beach: (myrtle Beach) in 6 days and I have nothing ready  23 of us are going so it should be fun. Hope everyone has a great weekend  to everyone for all the thoughts for my mom.
Terri

TERRI!!!!!! Gosh darn, I thought we'd lost ya :rotfl: (No, we weren't trying :lmao: ) Well, good to know everyone is doing OK there and you're almost ready for the big trip ... yikes, that's a lot of people to deal with

Day 1 of Wendy Withdrawal: I spent the morning shopping for shoes (got 2 pairs at DSW) then some new pants for work. (This is going to be an expensive 3 weeks I can see ... :rolleyes1 ). Wendy's plane was scheduled to leave 30 minutes late from NO because of weather in Philly, but I'm expecting her to be there within the next hour (don't worry, I'll know for sure as she'll call as soon as the plane touches down :rotfl2: ). Then she has a wonderful 5-6 hour layover until her flight for London. Mike took her to the airport this morning and went in with her -- which in her words was a really bad idea, as she started bawling because she'll be mostly out of touch with him for 3 weeks. Isn't that sweet? :lovestruc

I'm hoping the storms in Philly don't ruin Josh's prom or graduation party.

Did anyone else notice that we seemed to have lost Joanna? :confused3 I blame Greg. :rolleyes1

My word Terri! Sounds like your family has had their fare share of excitement for this year!!

Glad everyone is doing better. Wish we were going to the beach! :rolleyes1

Good Evening Nana's from my daughter's house! We are still among the 11,600 people in Kalamazoo that are without electricity. I started a post this morning but Elizabeth was helping me and deleted the whole post! We had sirens go off twice. First time was nothing but we ran for cover before the second one ever went off! The rain and hail was going sideways into the house (couldn't see out the windows) the wind was blowing so hard! A tree split in two in the neighbor's yard right by my fence and garage. One part fell on the house and the other right down my property line. Well, my trees needed thinning anyway! :confused3 A tree also fell in the backyard that took out part of the fence. The pool is shredded and great big holes in the grill cover. I was expecting the windows or at a minimum the screens to be destroyed but they were all right.

Wow, Terri, you have alot of stuff happening in your life. Take care! Glad to hear everyone is doing ok.

News says that more storms are coming in. Cheri, Tonya did those storms go through you too? How did you fare?

Ok so my kids never cease to amaze me and make me look dumb. I did a what if scenario with ELizabeth today in the car and she said it would stink if they changed the age groupings but if they did she'd want to stay with the younger group no matter what. Just when you think your kid is getting "too mature" for her age, she shows you she's really still a little kid. Kind of a nice surprise.

So far it's been a great day. Swim team time trials went well. Elizabeth shaved about 10 seconds off her time from last summer for the 25 freestyle and her times for other strokes had similar huge improvements! Soccer game was HOT HOT HOT but a good time - last one of the season. Birthday parties were fun for both girls. I'm sitting here watching Emily take a late nap right now while MIna and Lizzie are at the graduation party. They should be back shortly and then we are heading to a DRIVE IN with 2 other families (are we the only ones who still have drive in theaters?). We're going to see Kung Fu Panda. Hope I stay awake.

Have a good night all.

Dawn - sorry to hear about the storm damage. glad you are all okay.

Terri - glad to hear your mom is doing well! Have fun in Myrtle Beach. That's where Mina and I got engaged. :lovestruc

Have fun! :thumbsup2
