Greg & Kathy: You guys were actually warmer than we were here in Atlanta. It only hit about 78 degrees here yesterday, and was breezy all day. But, it was still nice enough that we went for a ride on the motorcycle!

We had and are having pleasant days here in Michigan but on the cooler side. It's actually been pretty nice having the cooler weather to get the chores done. Like Greg said usually we go from winter to summer. Predicting 70s by Memorial Day weekend!

Lorna, Glad you had a good trip. The place still the same?

Off to get Christian to school and start a few chores. I'll check back in later.

After watching the news last night the weatherman said we hit 93 degrees yesterday and we're headed for the same today!!

Tomorrow we're suppose to have a cold front move in and drop our temps back into the 60's!

We were TIRED last night after the recital and the after party Dinner with friends who also have a little girl in the show. No one just stood and waved but Emily did that LAST year. I will post a video of Emily doing her ballet dance. She was something else both in rehearsal (which is where the video is from) and in the show.

Elizabeth's solo went off without a hitch. I cried. She was so proud and excited. What a confidence builder for a nine year old to get out on stage ALONE and dance. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to her teacher who built that confidence and more during a few tough months in our house.

I'll have some photos to post later too. Today Emily has her gymnastics year end show. Then it's back to soccer and swimming and then a summer dance program and tennis lessons once soccer is over.

And we are going to WDW THIS WEEK!!!! Egad it's time to start thinking about packing. We have a very busy week in store and I really don't know when we are going to have the time to get everything together. But we will. Saw the temps in Orlando are hovering around 90. Yikes. Didn't expect it to be quite that hot in May. Maybe we'll plan a little time in the pool for a change. Maybe even go to one of the water parks.

Off to a meeting, then a lot of running around.

I thought that when we came last year over Memorial Day it wThat's our plan especially since we are staying on the monorail line. Makes it so much easier. as not this hot. The forecast looks like August! And we have been many times in August and it's HOT. But regardless we will be at Disney so who cares?

Not much going on just counting the days till I get back on the Magic. It's so weird only have 6 weeks to plan a vacation. All the suitcases are out and most of the toiletries are packed.
