Hey everyone,
I heard from Pat yesterday and she wanted me to thank all of you for the pixie dust and prayers. Things are still tough for them as her FIL is having a hard time and is almost blind and they are helping care for him, now that her MIL has passed away and of course mothers day is just around the corner.
Pat also said she will try and post this weekend but she has had computer problems and cant post, she has to re-register and do a new password, so if she feels like hassling with it she will post, if not we will hear from her soon.so please keep her and Steve in your thoughts and prayers still, they really appreciate it.

Not much happening here today, going to visit my mom for a little bit around noon, high around 60 with a chance of a shower. we are suppose to hit upper 80's the end of next week, but I wont beleive it until I see it

I'm having a good day! Just got a call that I was awarded a new contract through a design firm for a decent sized client. The best news of this is that I have been trying to forge a relationship with one or another of the big design firms here in town to be one of their go-to writers. Generally once you get in and they like your work, you're in for a steady stream of business. So...I did a teeny tiny project for them on an impossible deadline and they liked it, so they asked me to bid on this project and I got it! Hopefully that is a sign of good things to come. More cruises!
