Wow! I don't blame you!

How long is your daughter suppose to be in Iraq?[/ she is back in the states...finished her tour at the end of October last year.....home base Colorado Springs....but she has been in the army for 8 years and this was her third tour.....
Also just found out tonite as a matter of fact, that they are sending her to recuriting school...to become a recruiter....not something she asked for but got picked for....two good things about this job.....stateside and she will be closer to home......and no deployment at the end of the year....she was supposed to go back to afghanistan in november....so to me thats good news...altho she also just got back this afternoon from a week in hawaii...now she said she is going to put in to be stationed there this girl just loves to drive me nuts....

Not much going on here today. I made 2 kinds of brownies yesterday, so today NO baking, just bumming around I guess.

Greg is going to visit his mom today.
The rain has let up some and the sun is peeking out for a few minutes which is very nice!!

Hi Chrisitne,

Well Greg has an interview in Eugene on Monday for a project manager but we arnt too excited about it. This cold weather hurt the bones at our age and the arthritis hurts more. We are hoping for a job in a warmer climate.
But yours may be too HOT in the summer. We dont want to fry like bacon either.

Randy had an interview yesterday and they will decide on Friday who gets it but hopefully he will get it. Once the boys are both out on their own we can feel more free to go where ever we want. with just the 2 of us we can get by on less money if needed. We have been talking about heading back to Florida if possible, we would love that.

I actually don't even watch the results shows anymore. They are just too long and boring. I usually check the internet or wait for someone to tell me.


Hey Jeff, did you watch the reunion of NYC Housewives? Gosh, it's so bad but you just can't look away. However, I attempted to watch "Rock of Love" because growing up I loved Brett Michaels...now that is unwatchable. Actually, I was pretty grossed out by it.

Hi everyone, great day here. We started our first garden. Now if one plant acturally makes it I will be thrilled.
