Yes that is the accident. They actually live in Middleville just to the south. The accident happend in Caledonia. I think the other boy killed was from Caledonia. So sad!!!

Goodevening Well I do have strep throat again . The Dr could not believe the last antibiotics did not knock it out. I was ordered to rest, rest and more rest. That is probably why I still have it, because I have been on the go. Of course John is gone and I had to take DD to tutoring, which took forever today We are usually in adn out with in 15-30 minutes. Not today just over 1 hour! Tomorrow I plan on doing a whole lot of nothing.

Denise-The same thing happend to us. We took the DCL bus back to the airport. Such torture! I don't know why they would'nt take us to the ship

OK on to vent, since we haven;t told Austin aboout the trip (who's brillant idea was that I wonder) I cannot pack, I cannot plan, I can't even have a spreadsheet
Today I tried to put some clothes in the suitcase then hid the suitcase under a bunch of sheets, TOO MUCH STRESS!!!

How long is your daughter suppose to be in Iraq?[/ she is back in the states...finished her tour at the end of October last year.....home base Colorado Springs....but she has been in the army for 8 years and this was her third tour.....
Also just found out tonite as a matter of fact, that they are sending her to recuriting school...to become a recruiter....not something she asked for but got picked for....two good things about this job.....stateside and she will be closer to home......and no deployment at the end of the year....she was supposed to go back to afghanistan in november....so to me thats good news...altho she also just got back this afternoon from a week in hawaii...now she said she is going to put in to be stationed there this girl just loves to drive me nuts....

Nothing else going on....have a good one all...

I remember luv! And I still love that pic of us! The slushies were very good, however, to be honest, it's just lemonade with a little grey goose. I believe they were $8, whereas you could get the margaritas in Mexico for $6 or $7 and have about 3 times as much to drink. So it was a lot more economical ... and the margaritas hit you pretty hard ...
