I do remember the days of passing stuff back and forth with the kids and sometimes we would go 2 months and someone was always sick

Go to bed, drink juice, pop some vitamins and sleep!!

Good morning! Just bumping us back off of page 2!!

Hope everyone has a great weekend. Lots of errands to do to today but tomorrow is free and clear. YES!!!! I even have my DD scheduled to altar serving tonight so we can sleep late in the morning.

Oh and Jeff, not sure if your girls have been to the M&M store in NYC but that is always a good stop, 3 floors of chocolate. Just remember to check the price on the colored ones before you let them fill a bag. I didn't - Oops!!!

Thanks that is a good idea. We have FAO Schwarz and Toys R Us on the agenda as well as the Plaza (love Eloise) but I forgot about the M&M store. Kids have never been to New York at all so it will be all new for them!

G'morning everyone. Getting ready to head out shortly. Mina is the girl scout leader and her troop is responsible for selling cookies at a local grocery store so she and Lizzie are there. Emmy and I are going to "visit." Then I have to go back home to do some work I have fallen behind on.

We own SSR and BLT. I added on during the last cruise. Boy that was an expensive trip.
The funny thing is that my ILs live 30 minutes from WDW but my DH wants to spend Thanksgiving and the next day at the parks and not his parents. Hmm, twist my arm. We can't wait. Of course my DD is waiting for them to build at the Poly because that's her favorite.

It is raining and cold here today. They are calling on snow Sunday morning, so I hope it snows all day long!!!!!!

The funny thing is that my ILs live 30 minutes from WDW but my DH wants to spend Thanksgiving and the next day at the parks and not his parents. Hmm, twist my arm. We can't wait. Of course my DD is waiting for them to build at the Poly because that's her favorite.

We stayed at the Yacht Club during those two days last year and I gotta tell you the parks were incredibly crowded - maybe even worse than the days between Christmas and New Year's. I think this year we are probably just going to to come in on Friday and stay at the Hyatt.

My daughter is dying to see Tinker Bell. We may do that, a couple of rides and then just hang around the hotel. I would really like to shoot over to Epcot to go to the Candlelight Processional but we'll have to see. I haven't broken that news to my DH yet.

Brantley we may get snow wednesday or thursday next week
Hopefully it will pass us by like it did last week. I can see it on the hills around us. It can just stay up there in my opinion

nothing going on here. I went to visit my mom today and just got back. I am really tired tonight. Ready for bed at 7 p.m., Guess I'm getting old

HI all! Checking in per Kathy and Brantley's orders! lol

Busy week here too! Went to Gurnee Mills shopping on Thursday. (About an hour east from Cheri and Bill.) Had a very successful trip. Stopped at IKEA on the way home Friday.

Stephanie's 33rd birthday was yesterday. Actually, it's the 29th... They went to Disney on Ice. Today we will go out to dinner.

Both boys have had the crud here too. Skylar missed 2 days of school and Christian came home from school sick on Wednesday. His was fairly easy to control with medicine though.

First day of March coming in like a lamb

Hello Everyone !

I am posting from my cell phone because the cable is out.

It is rainy and nasty right now. We had a lot of sleet and some snow earlier. They're still calling for snow tonight.

I went out to check the mail and there was an advertisement from DVC with a DCL ship on the front of it. I told Staci that it was a sign we should buy DVC and go on a cruise !!!!! I don't think she bought it.

Our DVC points paid for the last cruise and this new one we have planned. We're staying 2 nights in Bay Lake Tower before the cruise and will still have enough points to do at least 8 nights at the campground next year!!
I'm in your camp - Buy DVC!!!!!

It's starting to snow here. They're calling for 10 inches of snow. I hate the snow. I am sooo ready for spring.

On a positive note, we got a new puppy today. What I was thinking about I don't know. I'll post a picture when I get a chance. But she is an 8 week old Australian Shepherd mix. We got her from a rescue group. I almost think she is pure Aussie. Her nose is pink which is a flaw in breeding. We used to own a fully papered Grand Champion that had been used for breeding. Got her when she was 7 when the owners divorced. They were friends of the family and the woman just gave us the dog. Best dog we ever had. So I'm hoping to train her and then take her camping with us.
