Well gee thanks Greg reminding me of my "age" I really appreciate that. Actually I may not go on the 12/10 cruise either. I'm deciding about pushing it out until some time 2011 and hopefully go on one of the new ships.....well see.....

Boy, and here I thought I was doing you a favor by equating you and 18 years of age in the same sentence!!

I know 18 was pushing the envelope, but anything younger then that would have been delusional!

Hey Jeff!! We too, have been really busy. We just got home from Colorado this past weekend.

How was Disney at Christmas? Didn't you go?

well we know we are going on 9/18.2010 TA for sure and hope to do this cruise too. It will depend on the economy. Greg works in the housing market so work for him is really scarce. If we cant do thsi one we will at least do a 3 day sometime in 09.

when are you going again?

Hi Stephanie.....I miss everyone to.....how's Wyatt?

My only travel plans so far this year is Colorado.....I was just checking the other day and I will have just enough vaction time to go.....I'm taking 13 vacation days and if I think I have if figured out right that will leave me with 2 hours of vaction time when I get back!!!! Which means I wont be able to take much time off during the summer.....Oh well!!!!

Kathy, congrats on breaking the record with the number of bananas. Glad to hear you're heading back to Florida, warmer weather and closer to Disney. But since you will be back on the east coast, that whip of yours will be getting too close for comfort.

I see you jumped ship to NCL like we did. Hard to pass up the deals and the OBC. We are doing the eastern in Nov.

Mark and I are doing the "Paying it forward" on another thread and also on another board. If anyone would like us to send a post card to a young one from Mickey and Friends while we are in Disney next week, drop me a PM. Just need the name, address and favorite character. We will do our best with the favorites with the post card.

We will miss doing DCL this year, but since we are going to the parks 2x this year, we figured we could do without DCL. Looking at maybe doing 2011 at this point since we are doing the Adventures by Disney next year.

I hope everyone is doing well and staying warm.

Hi Chuck,
great to hear from you. Ya my whip can reach amazing distance when it has to. More live closer to the east coast so that makes it easier for me to get'em when needed I am expecting to see a few photos of WDW from you after you return from your 2 trips there this year. If not you will see just how far my whip can reach!!!


I didnt have internet all day until 10 minutes ago.
So I made my Orange rolls and the dough is rising in front of the electric heater. It takes longer to rise but at least it does work.

My RV smells like oranges now, guess thats better than wet dog smell

I know your zipping off to Vegas soon, so your safe for a bit.
But remember my house is on wheels so I can turn up just about anywhere at anytime

I agree, couldn't pass up the deal with OBC!!

We're doing the 9 day southern caribbean in March 2010. I've always wanted to see Tortola, Barbados and St. Kitts!

I was just walking the pups and one of the trailers here had water running out the side of it and pouring down to the ground and down the drive way and road to the drain.
Nobody is there right now, it is 2 construction workers and they are gone all day.
I was wondering if they had a frozen pipe and it thawed and broke or something? There is NO way to reach them but I did notice one of the hosts here saw it, do perhaps he can shut off their water or something. I just hope it didnt go all over inside too

Well it took 3 hours but my orange dough finally doubled in its size so i punched it down and rolled it out. filled it with orange cream filling, rolled them up, sliced them and now they are raising again intheir baking pans.It should only take 1 1/2 hours to double in size, that tells you how cool it is. I had it right in front of the heater the entire time.

Now the rolls are sitting there. I hope they raise in less than 3 hours

They look and smell good, so I hope they taste good too. This si the first time I have made them sugar free. Sometimes I have to tweak receipes when I do that.
Guess I'll find out soon,

* News Flash *

Kalamazoo MI reports this morning that they are above zero temperatures for the first time a couple weeks! 35 degrees warmer this morning than yesterday morning. The SW corner of the state is heading towards balmy temperatures! It may hit 20 today--in the 20s tomorrow! ​

Not much going on around here. Gosh it was nice to hear from Chuck. I wonder how Lisa is doing? I've been lurking Jaime has been sparse also! ​
