Hope you feeling better today How are the boys...are they excited about Christmas? Do you have any special plans for Christmas?

wanted to check in to see how the trip was. Life has just been way too busy these days. Hardly ever on the computer.

No dock because of the reef and I guess that is why it gets canceled often. However we LOVE GC and it would make the trip next year if we get on island. We spent a week there a few years ago and just rhought it was one of the friendliest, cleanest islands with the clearest warmest water and the softest sandy beaches.

Good Morning Jeff...did you have an extra sea day when the cancelled the port? I guess they had a back up plan for activities?

I wish!!
We have our first BIG storm hitting saturday through tuesday. Highs in the low 30's and lows in the low 20's
I have my long johns ready to wear under my sweats!!
Suppose to have a dusting of snow too, but no accumulation where I am. Last time they said that we had 6 inches


We missed Grand Caymen. Love to shop at Big Black Dicks gift shop at the egde of the shops for some great stuff
Hopefully we will make it this year, we'll see what happens with the economy and keep fingers crossed.

Yikes...the weather doesn't sound much fun Did you get decorated? I was suprised when I posted this morning and got the top...you went to bed while we were at the bottom of the page Must of been on great week

So I managed to get my hair done yesterday...it was long over due...I look totally different. No one knew who I was

Just dropping in to say we made it home safe and sound last night Rained from northern Kentucky to home. The weather was warm though 50s in Kentucky to upper 30s in Michigan.

Lots to do this morning and Kofi will be here soon. Elizabeth will be over this morning too! Alexis wouldn't hardly let me sleep. She'd wake up and realize that she wasn't touching me. She'd get up and scoot her butt in or put her head next to mine.

I'll come back to read and post during naptime!

Yep another sea day and they produced new navigators and passed out at breakfast time. THey obviously always have a backup plan for port days and just need to make the copies.

Good morning everyone,

Jaime, thanks for posting their announcement. I was going to see what it was but now I wont have to look it up.
The weather wasnt bad really. It was 70 to 80 during the day.
We had rain once on pirate night and it POURED!!! But the Captain got us away from the rain in 10 minutes and the party resumed just fine

We did have storms right on our heels out of Key West and Florida.
If it rained then it must have been really late when I was inside because I didnt hear it.

CC was a tad bit cool early but by 10:30 it was very nice too.



Dawn, nice to have you back safely. People have been asking when you were suppose to be home again.

Greg is still enjoying all the parks in central Florida.

You missed it but Chuck even posted and Michelle

Our weather here is getting nasty. Highs from friday through tuesday is 30 to 35 and lows around 20 with snow flurries where i live.
Way too cold for me!!!

Yes I got my little tree up and decorated, and red bows around, a few garlands strung up and Christmas table cloth and rugs in the kitchen. Thats about all I have room for here. When cards arrive I will attach them to a ribbon and hang on the walls. Oh and we have 2 stocking hung up too.

I never even looked at tops or bottoms right now, too tired I guess. I havnt even got bananas posted. I will do better soon, I promise.

Just need a few days to recoup I guess.

Howdy all,

Just thought I would drop in for a minute. I have been working on my trip report and am 1/2 done, hope to finish tomorrow.
I also have wrapped presents, walked the dogs twice, written 3 letters,finished my Christmas cards,put a nice roast in the slow cooker.

Now I am trying to catch up on reading posts.

By the way, you guys did an AWESOME jobs with all the bananas while I was gone . I hope to have 200,000 by the end of this thread and thats within our reach.
