Hello Nannas!

I am sitting in Greensboro waiting for the hearing I am suppose to be in start. They're running about an hour behind schedule. I'm checking in from my phone.

Did I read that right? Over 100,000 bananas??!!!

Yep thats right, plus on another thread we had over 100,000 posted.we have enough pages before starting the next thread so we should have 200,000 by the end of this thread. It is adding up!

since it will be a few days before I get a report put together I will share a few pictures in no particular order with you, until I get my report together.

This is the Christmas tree in the Orlando airport as seen from our balcony friday night. It was really pretty

Jaime our flights were smooth and i wasnt nervious at all, just hated those hard uncomfortable seats.
We almost missed our first flight.
I had called 48 hours in advance for a cab to pick us up at MIL's house and take us to the airport.
It was due at 3:30 a.m. It never showed so Greg called and they said they had NO record of my call. I was pretty
They sent a cab out but the time he arrived was the time we needed to be to the airport by:scared1:

We got there and made it with 15 minutes to spare before boarding:sad2:

2nd leg of the flight, well we were waiitng to board and they announced the plane was broken. That was his exact words.
20 minutes later they found a plane for us, but it was in another wing of the airport so it took some time to get there.

Eventually we all arrived and boarded the plane. Then we sat and sat and sat:confused3
The pilot finally came on and said they had a computer problem, so we had to wait for it to be fixed before we could take off:rolleyes1

That was not the best start for our trip, but at least we were arriving the night before, so we did have the extra time to spare.:thumbsup2

That was the start of our trip:upsidedow

Kathy

Yikes!:scared1: That sounds very simlar to our flights last year:rolleyes1

The Hyatt looks beautiful...we thought about staying and always wondered what it was like.

Was the lady on the right on the cruise last year?

The pictures are great...everyone looked like they were having fun...I can't wait to see more. The shirts turned out really neat! They look like they blended more at port then last year;)

Jaime I think Dawn will drive home on wednesday:thumbsup2
The lady on the right is Wendy. I cant remember her going last year but she was there in 06. I might be wrong? Maybe someone else will remember better than me.

Time for bed, more tomorrow.
I will tell you the story about what happened at Cozumel:lmao:

Kathy

Good Morning Nana's.

Just getting ready for swimming and trying to find someone to cut my hair...it's time for something new...every few years I do a drastic change.

Over on the main site they say:

First of its kind offer coming from Disney Cruise Line to be announced 12/10/2008 – make sure you come back to the DIS for details.

Hmmm...that sound interesting...any ideas...were there any hints on the cruise last week?

Have a great day nana's.

Ok, here is a short story for you guys.

Cozumel Jeep excursion:goodvibes
Here is a photo of our Jeep. It was the newest in the fleet. all are convertible with tops down for the tour which was nice.

DSC03706.jpg

Most of the tour is driving around almost the entire island of Cozumel.
Beautiful scenery along the coast about 95% of the tour.

DSC03703.jpg

It is a small narrow road with 2 way traffic although you really dont see another soul out there unless its another tour.

As we were crusing along the coastal area looking at the beaurtiful scenery we saw a jeep similar to ours.,approaching us at a high speeds it got closer we all slowed down and pulled to the right just a bit to let it pass by safely.

When the jeep was close we saw a nice looking, well "endowed" lady standing up in the jeep facing us waving her arms and yelling WOO HOO!!!!
She was in her birthday suit!!!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
We had 2 other people sharing our jeep and I told Walter, stay in the road and Greg said Well that was worth the money we spent on this excursion:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Of course the next stop was lunch and that was the talk of the tables.

Ok, the rest of the excursion was very nice with NO big surprizes like that and she had BIG SURPRIZES is you get my drift!!:rotfl:

They served a nice mexican lunch with chicken Fajitas, rice, chips and salsa, something else I dont remember and sodas. Greg said it was very good.

We did stop and see a replica of an old Catholic church from Mayan days

There were many stores like this we stopped at too.

One tip if you ever do a driving excursion where YOU drive a vehicle.
Read the extra paper they give you as your starting to drive away.
we assumed it was a typical waiver paper and signed without reading, Ofc ourse you are n line and need to get moving so you really dont take time to read stuff. Once we got back, Greg happened to read our copy.

It was saying we assumed ALL responsibility for any accidents and our insurnace would cover it or we would paya ll costs.

Now our insurance wont cover you while out of the country unless you notify them before hand and they will charge you extra for the time your covered there.
so if we had had a wreck, it would of come out of our pockets!!!
Lesson learned:: Dont drive, let the other guy do it, atleast to start so he is responsible on the paper, if Walter had wrecked we were the ones who signed and would of been responsible.
Notify your insurnace is you plan to drive while out od the country.

We hadnt plnned on that excursion until we couldnt dock at Grand Caymen, so deicded while on board to book it.

It was a nice excursion though. You saw places a normal tourist would never get to see and the guides were very nice.
Cheryl and her family were there too.
