Wow, I can't believe Kathy has not checked in yet!!!!!

If she hadn't checked in from Dallas, I would think she just stayed in Florida!!!

I am here gang,
got home at midnight to find a frig that was filled with heavy frost. I think the door must not of been closed tight, since I just defrosted 3 days before we left.
Had heavy fog for several miles of freeway, could only see a few feet ahead and had to go at a crawl.
In the 30's laat night, so cold too.
Plus out electricity must have gone off since clocks were blinking and things switched over to battery and they were all worn down and now are recharging.

Also some drunk woman came down the off ramp onto the freeway in front of me and turned onto the freeway and did all of 30 MPH, so I came close to smacking here in the rear.

so spent the day doing laundry, unpacking, defrosting the fridge, grocery shopping and trying to pay extra attention to the pups.

I am exhausted tonight but wanted to say howdy.

I will be posting tomorrow, will do a trip report this week and have lots of pictures to share too.

Plus one good story!
Tomorrow, plus I need to catch up and read all the posts and count a few nanas

Thanks Jeff,
we will have to see what the economy brings during the next year, but in the mean time I will be here posting as if we are going, just in case.
That way I wont miss anything, just in case.

This thread has the goal of a MILLION bananas posted by the cruise
They rate they are going, we might just make it and yes I am dumb enough to count them again

Morning all,
well I am still pooped but in a good way.
My photos are downloaded onto the computer, now I just need to put some on photo bucket so i can share easier here. I will try and start on that later today but no promises. I need to do my decorating today for Christmas which will be tricky in an RV but i bought a bunch of small stuff to use.

I want to surprize Greg when he gets home from work today by having it all decorated.

Saturday & Sunday is SNOW, the first of the season and highs around 35, lows 25. I just wanted you to feel right at home and to experience something special, like the first snow of the season.

Kathy, glad you made it home safely!!! Have fun decorating today. Try not to get too cold. You need to adjust slowly after all that tropical heat!!

Just finished counting nanas, now need to multiply the groups for a total to add to the last total. i will post a total so far soon.

I really enjoyed the heat. It was 75 to 80 the entire trip. We stayed ahead of 2 storms and it was so nice.
I told Greg it was so confusing as we landed in Florida, should I feel like we were coming home or just a vacation, same way coming back to Oregon. I feel so displaced right now Things are looking up a bit for our return by summer to Florida, that will also be our best chance at going on this cruise

Hello Nannas!

I am sitting in Greensboro waiting for the hearing I am suppose to be in start. They're running about an hour behind schedule. I'm checking in from my phone.

Did I read that right? Over 100,000 bananas??!!!

Jaime our flights were smooth and i wasnt nervious at all, just hated those hard uncomfortable seats.
We almost missed our first flight.
I had called 48 hours in advance for a cab to pick us up at MIL's house and take us to the airport.
It was due at 3:30 a.m. It never showed so Greg called and they said they had NO record of my call. I was pretty
They sent a cab out but the time he arrived was the time we needed to be to the airport by

We got there and made it with 15 minutes to spare before boarding

2nd leg of the flight, well we were waiitng to board and they announced the plane was broken. That was his exact words.
20 minutes later they found a plane for us, but it was in another wing of the airport so it took some time to get there.

Eventually we all arrived and boarded the plane. Then we sat and sat and sat
The pilot finally came on and said they had a computer problem, so we had to wait for it to be fixed before we could take off

That was not the best start for our trip, but at least we were arriving the night before, so we did have the extra time to spare.
