That's what we did last year! You'll have a blast...the decorations are so beautiful...especially the lights at Hollywood Studio.

Ya, I'm pretty excited. We've never been to Disney World.

I hope the park is slow during that time....I hate to wait in line for anything!!

I just bought our tickets for "Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party" last night.

You will have so much fun!

We were suprised by the crowds the first day...turns out they were taping the Christmas Parade. You might want to keep an eye on the www.wdwinfo.com for the taping schedule and skip the MK the day they are taping! We have been to WDW with smaller crowds but for the most part we had about 10 minute wait for rides. For us we always use fast passes and get to the parks early...leave in the afternoon for a swim break when the lines are the longest and go back around supper time. The one thing we didn't realize is in Hollywood Studios we were able to watch Fanastmic and then see the lights even though the park was "closed". Our girls were 3 & 5 and they gave us strollers when we were leaving the show so they could enjoy the lights without the long walk. At the Christmas party they also gave stollers without charge...I seen alot of older children in them...a CM said the last 3 hours of the day we could get a stroller for free in any park.

Another beautiful day here today...

It's going to be a quiet day here today...Alicia is still sick and hasn't slept much. I'm going to take her for a walk in a little bit to get some fresh air...she always sleeps when I walk:goodvibes

Have a great day everyone!

Just trying to keep us from the second page...I might soon run out of Disney pictures in my photobucket account though:rotfl: !

Greg, the Christmas Party wont be too crowded because they limit the amount of tickets they sell. But to really get the full effect plan on staying all evening or you'll miss a lot. we went one time and it was great. The parade was really nice and they had free sugar cookies and hot cocoa at that time.

when the trip get closer if you want some time and line saving tips, just ask me and i will e-mail you some. we got to be experts at missing lines and using the fast passes:thumbsup2

The weeks after Thanksgiving, but before Christmas are slower, Not slow but slower than other times. we love going there the first part of December because it is slower.

I agree, dont go to MK when they are taping the Christmas parade for TV. it will drive you :scared: also I would recommend nOT going to MK on a saturday. all the locals head there on saturday.
always be there when the park opens so you have a couple of hours before it starts to get busy too.
