Ok 4 strides : 4 long steps? also horse racing
Home : the home plate on a baseball diamond
2, 4, 7 , : Innings in a baseball game

the book: a football play book or perhaps a racing form?

close to gold : 2nd place (silver)

I am not a big sports fan, so perhaps soemone else will have better ideas but that is what comes to my mind..

Greg,
hope you have a great time at Park City.

I have never heard of it before?
where is it?

what fun things are there to do there?

I am bosy and nosy arnt I :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Park City is one of those ultra sheak over priced "ski towns" like Vail Colorado. :rotfl2:

Its where the 2002 Olympic ski jumps where held just east of Salt Lake City.

We love to go up there in the summer/fall because its "off season" and very peaceful and quiet and all the fall colors are out. :cloud9:

We always stay at Marriott's Moutainside resort because they have an awesome pool and it only costs me $139 for a whole week stay in a 2 bedroom condo. :woohoo:

Plus they have allot of "outlet malls" in Park City and we always get the kids new clothes while we're there.

They have allot of thing to do in the off season at Park City. They have a roller coaster they built down the mountain called the "Alpine Coaster" and its a blast to ride.

They also have the "Alpine slide" and a merry-go-round and other rides for the kids. :thumbsup2

Jaime,
when Dawn gets back she may have some sports answers for you since both her grandsons do different sports?

Greg might too?

Where is that secret agent when you need him:lmao:
He is probably sitting in a cafe sipping some exotic coffee while peering through his 007 sunglasses and wearing a long white trench coat so he wont stand out in a crowd:rotfl2:

That sounds great. I love to see all the leaves changning colors in the fall. we usually take a drive up on Mt.. Hood to see all the colors.

There is an Alpine slide on Mt. Hood too. It is very popular. The lines are soooo long we have never tried it, but it looks like a blast!!! Greg would love it and I would ride the merry go round. It is more my speed:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

But did you have your secret agent sunglasses on?
You know, the ones with the Xray vision?

I saw them advertised in a comic book once, they are WAY COOL for spies to use:thumbsup2

top For Me?!

Ok, I will be nice and let you have that one
.

Did you see Jaimes questions about sports terms??
maybe you can come up with better answers than I did?

although I have such a superior intelligence it will be hard to do, you might still want to give it a try:rolleyes1

Oh man,

You blew it again?

Men are suppose to know sports stuff??:confused3

a stride is a step, preferrably a LONG step. like in a horse or dog race, right??
i think i got that one right.

Home: that could be home plate in a baseball game? right?

2, 4, 7 I havnt a clue?

close to gold: welll gold is usually 1st place.
so to be close might mean 2nd place which is silver, Right?

Now if you agree with that logic and I am wrong, I can blame it all on you, but if I'm right I will take the credit:thumbsup2
