Thanks for the info, I think even if the weather is in 60,s next year it will still feel warm to us!! been around -2 here in England!
I,m really glad the ship will be decorated we,ve never been Christmas/Thanksgiving time, its allways been a dream of mine, hope MK etc will be decorated too we will be there the week before cruise.

dzneprincess - my son will be 5 when we sail next year. It would be great if we could plan to introduce them early in the cruise. It makes it so much more fun for the kids when they "know" someone.

We were on the same cruise this year and I thought we would have to drag my son out of the club. But he just didn't even want to go. He had his best times when we ran into a kid he met at one of the family dances. I think the club would be so much better for him if he knew a few of the kids.

I totally agree. Our Halloween cruise this year, my DD had become friends before the cruise with a fellow DISers DD. Imagine pur surprise when we ended up being tablemates, coincidence! It was great though, and the girls took to each other very well! So I think ti would be great for Max to "know" someone in the same club with him. This year, as much as he and my DD fight, he liked it when the 5-7 club would come to the same place as 3-4 year olds. LOL

A friend is organizing a group trip with friends of hers from all over the country and England. We have 10 category 9 rooms booked so far!

It will be me, DH, DS (will celebrate 16th birthday onboard), DS (11) and maybe oldest DS's friend. I can't wait!

Thanks dzneprincess! I just noticed our countdowns are off by two days. I have mine set for when we actually set sail at 5 pm. When did you set yours for?

If I remember correctly, I believe I set it for either Thurs or Fri, as we would like to get there on Friday morning to stay at the Radisson. Is anyone else planning on staying at the Radisson?

Still deciding. We probably will, but we're not sure. I think we're going to leave late on Thanksgiving night. It's about a 16 hour drive for us and I don't want to take the chance of running late. What time do they start boarding the ship?

The terminal opens at 1030am. Boarding started at 1150a this last cruise. But I think the official boarding is noon.

We are just booking now. It will be my DH, myself, DD will just have turned 7 and DS who will be 6. Grandma and Grandpa are also coming. It will be our first cruise and I can't wait. We are DVC members and usually go to WDW but never have done a cruise.

Amanda and Diane I hope to meet you since the boys will be close in age. I don't know if we will be flying in early Sat morning or on Fri evening. I haven't been able to price airfare yet. I tried Expedia and Travelocity and it was too soon.

We are going to WDW after the cruise for 4 nights to do MVMCP for the first time.

Father of Gassmandy- I read your trip report and had tears in my eyes! What a nice trip for you and your family.

Hi Popovich. This is so exciting to have another boy for my DS5 to meet. We really have to get them together the first day so they'll see each other in the club and the other activities. My son loves it when he "knows" someone.

We'll be arriving on Friday - not taking any chances on the NJ weather. We stayed at the Raddison for our Nov, 2003 cruise. It was nice but I'm going to look for something cheaper or maybe use Hilton points. We arrived early evening so we didn't really spend much time at the hotel.

Welcome aboard Popovich! I cant believe we have a 3 page thread now! LOL When I started this thing, it seemed like it was just going to be us! I just returned from a surpise 2 and half day trip from WDW! WHEW New years eve at the Magic Kingdom! Neat but NEVER AGAIN!

We just got confirmation last night that we are booked for the 11/27/04 cruise!! I am so exicted. I have 3 daughters who will be 4,6, and 9!! I absolutely can't wait!

It will be here before we know it! I rebooked while I was aboard our Halloween cruise and it was 13 months away! I cant believe it has already been whittled down to almost 10 months! I just hope I don't have to cancel . I facing a very probable job layoff here in the next few weeks and sadly I dont think we could make it...I would appreciate it, if those of you who follow this thread could keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

Hi all! We are booked for the 11/27 eastern, too! DH and I will have a dd 4 and ds almost 6 with us on the the cruise. I am so excited!

Hope to get to know you all more over time....but for now I;ve GOT to quit DIS'ng and do some work I've been avoiding!
