I found a munchkin (size 2-4) pirate outfit for $13 + shipping at Oriental Trading. No sword, which is a good thing for a 2 year old to not have.

Still looking for costumes for hubby and I. I don't think I want to buy the $50 "Elizabeth" outfit just yet. Though I'm sure Huber would spring for the "Treasure Huntress" one for me.
