Anyone know how to check the weather for the week after cruise for orlando? Trying to pack, but afraid it's gonna change weather wise. Today was absolutely beautiful - it is currently mild and 67 degrees at 9:30 at night!!
Granted it was like 39 on friday morning, but still . . . .

Off to watch amazing race and pack some more

In Fl it changes hour to hour. I would say you will need some shorts and some sweets. I dont think it will get very cold. Mostly in Dec. the lowest in the morning high 40s at the lowest and you are in t-shirts by 11:00 am and back in a sweetshirt by 7:00pm. That is the norm. I have also had Dec's that I have never gotten out of my shorts!!!!

Hi all! Is anyone still there? I get on the board so late... The over excited girls just fell asleep. We finally picked out all their clothes and will pack in the suitcases tomorrow. I need to go pull my things together now - my goal is to be finished packing by tomorrow night. Well, at least most things.

Jaime - in case you didn't know the kids have to wear bracelets (think home monitoring devices like Lindsay has) to be part of the kids clubs. They have to wear em all week which DD8 wasn't too happy about. Doubting DD3 is going to like it this time.

I've been wondering... how durable are these bracelets... Alex will have his off...

I had to take my turn of not being able to get on the boards this afternoon. So I watched the Wonder pull out instead. I actually saw it on the cape caribe site too!

You guys shouldn't say much about deer meat until you taste it the way David (my ex) makes it. First of all, it is the tenderloin. A strip kindda by the back bone. I don't like the rest of the deer. It looks kindda like a pork tenderloin roast. Oh my gosh, it's delicious. And Jaime, I've had northern Michigan deer and it doesn't taste like our corn bred deer here in lower Michigan. I've heard the expression as "it tastes wild."

Well, I'm going to spur the boys on a little bit because Amazing Race comes on in one hour.

Looks like I'll have black dress shoes, brown sandals, black sandals, flip flops and the tennis shoes I'll be wearing on the plane to and from.
So that's 5 pairs of shoes!

They are very durable or else DD last year would have figured out a way to get it off. Not sure how our little one will like it - but all the kids have them so that helps.

Yes, me too - similar. Black dress shoes, black and brown sandals and flip flops. Maybe white sandals too - not sure yet. And wondering if I should wear tennis shoes on the plane - but likely can't wear sandals if it is in the 30s when we leave - hmmm - need to think about that.

Only 5 days to go and it looks like today is Doctor day for Brittani, Rudi {ds), and myself, Thanks to everyone who sheared.

I will let you know what they say after we get back. You know it is a Monday and Two Doctors so that will be an all day thing.

Yesterday the Rudis went to the Cape with the Rocket club of South Fl. got to do a great tour most people never get to do but the best thing was they saw the Wonder. Of the 250 pictures my son took that was the first one he showed me.

One of the Rockets they sent up on Sat. went 5200 feet!! That was here in Royal Palm Beach.

Cool...Ken builds the airplane and helicopter models that have engines and fly. However, the first time he was showing one of his flying wonders, he lost control of it. Darn near shaved Sarah's head and cut his own hand, big time. He's gotten MUCH better...he also builds classic sailboats...whenever we are around a lake or pond, a boat goes with. You should see how fabulous one of them looks in my living room...not.

I'm doing laundry...as usual. I'm off to shower and try the "strawberry" conditioner that's supposed to highlight my red hair. However, the girl warned me not to glob it on it ones spot...it "stains" your hair. Judy, are you ready to provide support when this crazy hair thing happens???? Woo, you know what I'm talking about!
