Okay, this is what happens when I am twinless...I have fallen into Home Shopping Network and I CAN'T GET UP!

So far...(it's all Joy Mangano's fault) Cobalt Blue luggage "You'll never even have to unpack!" and two set of Huggable Hangers. Here's the justification: Sarah goes to camp and away to college in a few years. We go on Dis trips, Myrtle Beach weekends, and home to visit family. :dance3:

THEN, you need the thin huggable hangers to maximize space. Also, my continuing closet project has shown me the importance of hangers that hold clothes in place. How's that sound??? Just another chance to use the old Disney VISA.:confused3

Ashley, come home! (With the Lassie TV music playing in the background.)

OMG...I have been watching her for the past two days. I have resisted buying the luggage (if both pieces has swirl wheels I would have). When I am done catching up with you guy I am going to by the 100 pack of hangers. I did buy new luggage today. Sam's club had 4 piece (2 with swirl wheels) for $139. I am officially ready to pack. :woohoo: :woohoo:

I feel the complete opposite way, I feel DL has so much more magic. I think it's because every time I'm there I just think that Walt Disney himself walked down Main Street and lived there while it was being built. The Magic Kingdom in WDW just feels like a great big theme park. If you guys ever go back to DL let me know, I can tell you where to find all the little secrets that make the park so special. I'll be there in 5 days. I'll take lots of pictures. Josh I still have room for one more:banana:

We're thinking of flying out to visit DL for a long weekend in the near future - we can stay with my brother & his family, and there are always great last minute flights from DIA to Orange County...I'm thinking of making it a birthday surprise for Lily - or at least a break from the cold weather. :cool1:

Glad she's okay! Hope you are too!!!

Hey Jen...I'm a crybaby too...those pictures are amazing I am so excited!!!! WDW is amazing...just something so special about it...magical...I was so excited about going to DL but have to say I was disappointed...DL felt more like a theme park to us...we still really enjoyed ourselves but it didn't give us the same feel as WDW...hard to explain...

Thanks Jaime!!!

Hey Guys,

Hope everyone had a great weekend. We have been gone pretty much all day. We went to church with my parents this morning and then ate lunch with Staci's folks.

Okie, hope all goes well with your mother tomorrow. We will continue to keep you guys in our prayers.

Dawn, thanks for the number!!!! I really appreciate it.

Jen, that is great that you are going to WDW for the first time. I bet you guys are really excited.

Mutt, you are one brave man!!!!! I mean I know that I have said I had your back on here a couple of times before. I am still with you man, but that's pretty dangerous territory. I mean really, that makes the whole posinous snake thing seem pretty mild. I would much rather wrangle with a copperhead than a bunch of PO'd women!!!!! At least with the snake you are not the one getting hit in the head with the shovel!!!!:lmao:

Oh yea, almost forgot to mention, we stopped at party city after lunch and got some pirate gear!!! Who all is dressing up for pirate night?

Christine, I was all torn up about the luggage until I read customer reviews on the previous edition of the same line. OMG...nightmare stuff like luggage smells like cigarettes and is too heavy to deal with. Also concerns about handles ripping and wheels not working.

So, I'll have to see how it is when it arrives. The set I ordered is too new to have been reviewed. Keep your fingers crossed. I didn't even notice that the bigger pieces don't have swirly wheels. Yikes!

I do think I'll enjoy the hangers.

How's your back?

Its cool, Brantley.... I get lots of practice ducking, dodging and weaving in and out. Mom used to whup me with a length of that orange hot wheels track when I was little so theres not much that puts a real scare in me anymore--man, I can still feel the sting from that thing.

'preciate you having my back, though....if you see a brick flyin my way....holler.

Hi Kathy:wave2:

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: I QUIT my job! Yay for me! :yay: :yay:

Now I'm looking at the Gamestop down the road. Hope I get the job! Wish me luck plz!

- Josh

I am here
But of course you didnt ask if I was here:sad1:

Josh, they may remove it again, just depends. About 6 months ago they told me my signature was too long. I could keep everything on it but had to make it goes more horizontal, so I would shorten up the vertical length of my list of cruises. I had to rework it a few times but finally got it short enough for them.

So if you can shorten what you have to not go so far down the page you can probably add more to it. eliminate spaces between lines and such. Hope that makes sense.
They do have specific guidelines we are all suppose to follow but most never did, now they are enforcing it.

Kathy

Thanks Kathy, It makes sense, I'll try that.

Josh

Here's a question: why does my signature have my cruising history when I go to my Profile, but it doesn't when I look on the threads? :confused3 Much confused!!!!

Here is the view from where I was this weekend... ah.... the NC MOuntains were great, usually I am not thrilled. This is the Raffaldini winery tasting room. Yum.

I totally understand...you don't have to explain. Everything that we are used to in WDW isn't at DL those amazing touches that Disney wasn't able to put in DL he planned for WDW. ie. MK is a whole story taller and the castle can't even compare in height so walking into DL is definitely not as awe inspiring as you turn the corner to see MK's castle!

If you haven't been to WDW, you are missing the MAGIC! Remember though, unless you stop to smell the roses and let the ambience envelope you, you aren't getting it either!

My favorite trip to WDW was when I was 7 month pregnant and Kierra was 20 months old...it was so magical...I took in so many of the extra touches I always missed before because I was rushing to get on rides...it was so nice just to take our time and relax!

I did go to the chiropractor and man is my back messed up. I have scoliosis and it's never bothered me until now. I also found out that might be why I haven't been able to get pregnant for the past 5 years. I go back on Monday for all the results. I told him I refused to be a person with back problems...I am still going to wear high heels and go on roller coasters:banana:.
Hi Christine...I hope you get everything worked out...I can relate with the baby problems...I wish you all the best...I hope you get your miracle like we got ours...

Good evening all. Busy day. Went to the Pitt basketball fan fest. Look out for the Panthers this year. They were looking great. Women's team should be a top 25 team this year too. Then out to dinner and back home to prep the girls' rooms for painting. We are having our entire house painted and Eldon (reference anyone?) has basically been living with us. But they both have SO many books on their bookshelves that it was crazy crazy crazy to pull everything off the shelves and pile it up in the finished rooms. Probably should have stayed home all weekend and cleaned out the two rooms and gotten rid of all the junk...but I guess that will wait for when it's time to restack those books.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Back to the salt mines tomorrow. I think I have a slightly busier week - chasing some possible new business and a new liaison with an ad agency that could result in more biz, so pixie dust my way (but not too much). :rotfl:

Oh yea, almost forgot to mention, we stopped at party city after lunch and got some pirate gear!!! Who all is dressing up for pirate night?
I so wish we had a party city here...I can't find any pirate gear for me...

Hi all...it was a busy weekend...three parties..dance and swimming...good news is the cruise is in less than 5 weeks:cool1:

Have a great evening everyone....

I'm officially in panic mode to lose weight, with only 5 weeks to do ANYTHING about it. Luckily, I have Mr. Healthy living in the house with me (Yes, the man that only 5 years ago refused to eat anything that said Fat Free, Reduced Fat, or Sugar Free). I want to post his before and after pics, but he won't let me yet. Don't worry ...you'll see them eventually!
