Bob - Wow. That's impressive! After working out 4-5 times a week for the past six months, I have done very little in getting rid of the gut. Time to step up the cardio. I'm committed to an hour a day now which I absolutely hate - boring! I actually currently belong to 3 different gyms - you'd think I'd be in better shape!![]()

Jeff, see my post earlier about breaking up the workouts. The only way I can tolerate going for a long run is to do something like 7 minutes run with 1 minute walk. Somehow it's easier for me to think of eight 8-minute intervals instead of 64 minutes.

I have a lifetime membership to Bally's and I haven't been there for about 4 years!
