Can we take towels from the ship to the beach or do I need to bring my own...also do you know if you can rent towels at Blizzard Beach?
.

Yes and Yes! They actually will hand you towels as you exit the ship or you can go to Deck 9 and get them yourself. And yes they rent towels (I think for a buck a piece) at Blizzard Beach. So no need to pack any of that.

Good morning, all...no Broncos today but we'll be rooting on the Rockies later on tonight. So sorry to hear about the losses yesterday...all of our relatives in Baton Rouge & NO are sure to be depressed today...except for the one outsider who went to Old Miss....I don't know if they let her watch the game. ;)

Spent yesterday cleaning our carpets...wow, that was a barrel of laughs. Felt a little depressed when I saw how filthy the water was afterwards - two dogs and a three year old must be the problem, not my cleaning abilities. :rotfl:

Thanks for all the tips regarding ressies at WDW - called yesterday, and most everything is booked. I made reservations for the Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch on Friday, which is the day we are spending at WDW, and for Thanksgiving the hotel concierge said he'd help us find something and that we shouldn't worry - so nice of him!! I think we will end up at Downtown Disney, probably at Raglan's, the irish pub (the menu looks really good, especially the bread pudding, my favorite).

BTW, so glad to see Lindsay doing well...I was rooting for her in rehab. Now if only Britney would get some help. Do Mary Kate & Ashley have any issues? I don't want to sit next to them at the pool, those skinnie...

Josh, btw, The Colorado School of Mines is starting a graduate-level Nuclear Engineering program this year...thought I'd pass it on. Devin has direct contact with the head of the program if you have any questions.

40 days to go!! Woo-hoo!! Oh, thought I'd share this website where you can see all the menus at the WDW restaurants & resorts - I just found it yesterday on another site: http://www.allears.net/menu/menus.htm#mk

Happy Birthday Dawn and Christian!!! Hope your respective days are great ones!!!!!!

Jeff, maybe we could swap jars of sauce.... I make a pretty decent pasta sauce---I was adopted by my best friends family (yeah, they took in a stray mutt) and they taught me how to make it. Not so bad......

Absolutely. I always like trying others' sauce. When we were in Maui, the Italian restaurant in one of our hotels had my mom's sauce down better than me. The kids had it our first night there and then I had to go back and order it one night to see if I could figure out the difference. I think it's a pinch of cinammon but I'm afraid to try it coz I don't want to ruin a big batch if I'm wrong.

Hey, all! Ashley and I just discovered new southwesten egg rolls at ARBY's! yummmmmm...They come witha chili lime Ranch dipping sauce that's spicy and good. They are smaller than Chili's version, but just as good. We order a 4-piece box to split, but they gave us both a small and a large (8 piece) order. What's a nana to do? Wiped 'em out with a big old Roast beef sandwiches.

For weird food...I love to get a spoonful of peanut butter and then stuff as many raisins as I can get on the blob of peanut butter. I also like raisins mixed into popcorn.

Happy Birthday, Dawn and Christian! Eat some cake for me!

Unless they have fat rehab, the twins and out new triplet, Christine, have no news to report. Don't believe those skinny tabloid pics...they are retouched!:lmao:

In all reality, I could fit Mary Kate into one of my legs. :rotfl:

Gotta nap now...I have 15 minutes until we have to get ready for a play downtown.

TTFN!

You guys have been busy while I was gone for 3 hours . Hope i can get caught up.

:wave2: Bill

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Dawn and Christian !! Hope both of you have awesome birthdays.

Odd food habits? gee I think all my food habits are normal, cant imagine any of them being considered odd:rolleyes1

canned pear halves with grated Tillamook cheddar cheese on cottage cheese
french fries dipped in chocolate milk shakes
Hot tamale candies in pepsi or coke

Nana Heads!! I just figured something out:

1. Friday, shaved armpits, Indians lost
2. Saturday, DIDN'T shave armpits, Indians won

Do you realize what this means?!

I can't shave my armpits until the World Series is over!

That's always been my theory ... just roll with it :rolleyes1

That is TOTALLY yummy ..... When I worked at McDonalds (as a 16yo, grant you), that was one of my absolute favorite things to do on my break, or french fries dipped in Mac sauce. mmmmmmmmmmmm. Of course, the fries had to be "old" and just lukewarm :rolleyes1

Maybe that's why the Yankee lost...I haven't shaved in three weeks:scared1: It's getting pretty scary. DH can't even look at my legs. Only 40 days till I get waxed. Thanks goodness it finally got a little cooler here. I could hide my legs with panty hose. Oh and no tank tops until I get waxed :scared:

So, I need a head count of who is and who is not dressing up for pirate night. I already know Paris put a squash on it. We're definitely because number one: we're newbies and we have to do all that stuff and two: I already bought all the ****..............

We will be dressing up for pirate night since we are also newbies and already bought all the ****!

Ok.. this is really late Kim, but we're not dressing up besides the scarves they give us and some funky earrings on my part. I might dress Jackson up if he cooperates since he's being a pirate for halloween too...

Um, are you getting your pits waxed? :scared1: I've heard that's the worst pain ever ...
