Just adding to our post numbers...

BTW, I'm thinking of the little stuff to pack. Be sure to pack basic cold and allergy medicine, hydrocortisone cream, and Ibuprofen. Also bring Vick's VapoRub if your kids are subject to breathing difficulties. One time I had to buy it on board and it was like $7.00 or something, and that was six years ago. Someone ALWAYS get sunburned, so pack the aloe and pain spray. For princess hair, bring bobby pins...we needed them once for formal night, and Judy went to the hairdresser on board and scored about 100 of the stupid pins. Hilarious.

While on the subject, first time cruisers may want to bring a hair dryer. The one on the wall gets hot and may be inconvenient when three or four folks are trying to get ready quickly. Also, little DD's enjoy the spray on or rub on sparkles on formal night. They feel special and you can tell them it's Pixie dust. I bet you can find lots of sparkle spray in the after Halloween aisle.

Speaking of Pixie Dust, is anyone (Tiara Bob) going to join us???? HINT, HINT!!!

Rise and shine nanas...I see my sister girl has been up and posted. I made it until 6am. Got out all the uggage last night, decided against the Mickey luggage and will go ahead and complete the Samsonite set I have. I need to call my doctor today(GP) because he said he would put together a medicine goodie bag for me while I travel out of the country. He's a crazy ex-Holleywood guy who came here to work with the Movie people.
Don't know if Robin or I ever mentined but WIlmington is called Hollywood East. All of Matlock was filmed here, lots of movies, and of late we are famous for One Tree Hill. Dawson's Creek is a "creek" just down the road. Last fun star watching I had was Richard Gere a couple of months ago. Anyone rememeberr Alice aka- Kiss my grits!,Mel..... she used to be buddies with my hubbie and lives her in WIlmington.
ANYWAY... my doc loves to make sure all drugs you take are prescriptions he wrote so I'll be making the call today.

Good morning ladies, you are posting extra early today.

We are cold this morning, only 55 which I love!! i am so tired of all the HOT weather. We will be around 80 this afternoon.

Hope all the people are doing better today.

well off to do some shopping today.
Yesterday gas went up another 12 cents, 3 days ago it went up 10 cents. WOW 22 cents in 3 days
I guess we need to buy a horse and buggy to commute .


I dont know who has the question of the day I am waiting to see what it is??

I do have a helpful hint for the new people, you may have thought of this already, but print off the cruise mates list that Shell sends you. Do the final one so it is updated.
Bring it on the cruise with you, that way if you want to contact someone you will have their room numbers handy to call them or zip over to their cabin.
It will also help you with names.

Everyone make sure you have given Shell all your information, if you dont give her your room number, then if someone wants to contact you on the ship, they wont be able to do it. List special occassions and such.

Just a reminder for everyone.

Josh you can make 1,000 just try for 10 posts a day for now, you can do that in the evenings and more on the weekends when there is no school!!

Had a busy weekend and dh was off today - we went mountain biking for about 7 miles - it was a lot for me (newbie to mountain biking) and most of it was off road - very easy in terms of trail, but still 7 miles on the bike. Getting ready for the cruise - took all the girls clothes from this weekend and condensed them - for some reason, Michael doesn't think they need a different outfit for everyday, every dinner and then some extras?? Why not?

Gotta go get the girls from school and then it is early dinner, drive to ballet class and I have to go to work to see one client this evening - they should be ready for bed after I get home -
