Does anyone dress up for pirate night?
Jaime, we did last year but I think I'll probably forgo it this year. There are an awful lot of people that do though, so if you want to you definitely won't be the only ones!

5am I'm pretty sure I can do....no promises but it sounds reasonable.
First, just let me say; there is NOTHING reasonable about 5 am.............Only for you Mutt would I even CONSIDER getting up before 6 am to have coffee:love: Now there have been times when I was STILL UP at 6 am. Like when I've been partying with Paris, Lindsay, Nicole....

Jacob is playing golf today but I will make sure he gets that very encouraging and prooductive message that Auntie Woo sent. :sad2:

BTW-Where are you? Tried to call you. I've been at a work function (translate: I've been at a work function involving alcohol:rotfl2: ) and really felt the need to converse

I'm goin pirate casual...sort of a metrosexual pirate... just a pirate t-shirt and a banan-danan-dana-ah. Probably some shorts too...underwear IS optional for most pirates at the gathering so Britney won't feel out of place.

Where do pirates shop for furnature? Arrrr-house
Where do they go for lunch? Arrrr-bys
Arrrr-ent you glad you read this far?

Jaime-We are definitely dressing up for pirate night. You know, newbies do all the stuff.........I'm thinking about shipping a box of stuff ahead of time. Anyone done that?

Well, I guess I'll go watch a movie since I have the whole house to myself. Or maybe I'll dance around in my underwear.........Oh, that's right....:rolleyes1
Hi Bob:wave2:

OMG- I just totally noticed I posted under my son's name.........:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Oh..........the things I made that poor kid say:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

You're posting under Jacobs name dear.... we're heading to dinner and will be home about 8. Woo has her cell with her at all times for nanahead emergencies (or just so she can shoot the s*** with her sisters of the nanahood).----women.

Btw....the "getting up for coffee" is sort of an 8-9am thing...
And we got no calls here.....

Oh, you were all about the 6 am thing the night of your Anniversary........Oh that's right; I'm supposed to hold any of that against you:rolleyes1

Quick add a few words before my granddaughter, Elizabeth, comes over!

:bday: to Greg, Mina and Elizabeth!

Beautiful day in Michigan. About 75 degrees and clear blue sky.

Welcome home Shell! Guido missed you! He probably doesn't want you out of his sight for a couple of days.

Kathy, It looks like some bad weather went through. A tornado in Eurtis (sp?) where is that?

We'll be heading straight home after the cruise. Wish we could stay longer and visit WDW but the boys don't want to miss any more school.

Everyone have a great Saturday!

Dawn

:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:

Dawn, Eustis is a small town just East of us. Shell's parents live there . Luckily nobody was seriously injured by the tornado but it did destroy at least 20 homes and damages several more.

Kathy

Happy Saturday! Judy is at the coronation (high brow wedding in Chapel Hill) and I'm busted without my partner in crime. Ken is still working 16-18 hour days and then is up all night with severe leg muscle cramps...dehydration will kill ya. The first time this happened, I became completely hysterical...with LAUGHTER when I was trying to explain about having a baby and having contractions. Obviously, it was totally the inappropriate time to crack up, but, too late, it was 3 am and I was punchy. Couldn't recover, even as I rubbed Flex All on his legs. It was so funny, that Ken was even laughing between contractions.:lmao:

So, to make up for it, I gave my lovely DH muscle relaxers (I highly recommend going to Mexican pharmacies on the Western cruise). And, since DH is a foot taller than I, I gave him two. Seemed reasonable. :confused3 EXCEPT that he had to pull over at McDonald's the next morning on the way to work. HE FELL ASLEEP AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW WAITING FOR HIS FOOD! The poor lady working the window kept saying, "Sir, Sir!" and thought he was dead. So picture him sleeping in the parking lot for 45 minutes trying to recover. it makes a great story now, but he wasn't in the mood for laughing that morning.

Hi Jacob. I'm your dear Auntie Woo. The next time Mom & Dad give you grief about doing chores, just use this on them:

I'm your average ordinary everyday kid
Happy to do nothin', in fact that's what I did
I got a million ways to make my day
But daddy don't agree
Cause when I try to get away
He says he got plans for me
"Get your butt right out of bed"
Stop buggin' me
"Get up and move your sleepy head"
Don't shake my tree
He said "Mow the lawn" - who me?
"Walk the dog" - not my style, man
"Take out the trash" - no way
"Tidy your room" - c'mon get real
Sorry dad, gotta disappear
Let's get the rock out of here!!!

(Bob, you lurking? Name that tune!)

Yeah........thanks?:confused3I don't think that's going to get me very far......

Thanks everybody for birthday wishes !! I do read the boards everyday. Sorry I haven't posted more, guess I'm just one of those people that loves to read the book but has a hard time reciprocating. For any of you that are interested, this is my 40th birthday, Kathy robbed the cradle.
Birthdays in our house are interesting though, I get to mow the lawn, wash the cars, then wait on Kathy until she feels like giving me my birthday presents, which was a large bottle of Geritol and Metamucil last year. I can hardly wait until I see what I get this year.

Greg (the hammer)

Hi Greg-WOW!!!! Geritol and Metamucil at 40.............you're going to have some rough years ahead of ya':lmao:

Robin-That story was so funny, I might have to replace my keyboard:rotfl2: So Mexican pharmacies are the deal, huh? So next year I could fix DH up..........

Good morning,

It is a nice sunny morning, but that is normal around here in the summer.
We are headed out to a morning matine today, then to give the dogs a bath.Exciting huh??

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

catch everyone later,

Kathy
