DH is shooting a wedding today. The boys and I are going shopping because tomorrow we are attending a dog birthday party! So we're going to hit the pet store.

A man was driving along and rear ended another car. He got out to see if the driver in front of him was ok and a little person hopped out of the car that was hit to survey the damage. The little fella storms over to the man that hit him and says angrily "I am NOT happy!" The man paused and looked at him and said

The skies were clear within the past hour and hubby headed out to put the roof on the tree house. Now I just glanced outside and it's raining....again. Looks like a passing cloud so hopefully it won't last long. Rain, rain, go away!

It's not raining here yet. By my calculations from Amherst to Cuyahoga Falls, we should get it in about ... 30 minutes. Guess I'll go get some sun QUICK!

So, I see that I've missed a funny morning, Bill...too funny!

Judy is serious about her nana drink tasting, planning, and booking. I couldn't reach her for a couple of hours...now that shows her focus! Can't wait until our NANA drink-tasting party.

I'm off to ponder our reservations...only mere hours stand between me and our ressies!

Judy and I will book basically the same everything, except that DH, Ken, will do the 12 Metre Regatta in St. Maarten. In St. Thomas, we'll spend the day with our "on island" buds...Bushwackers at Magen's Bay! I'm so excited to sit at my favorite place at the beach bar. They'll be playing Buffet's Christmas in the Islands and I'll be in Heaven.

Sarah and Rachel are planning a booking sleepover on the phone now...I just don't see those two up at 3 AM, though. Anything for a party!

We wanted to go to St. John but because we have a 3 year old, we can't go on any of the DCL excursions and I don't want to take the chance of doing it on our own given the limited day on STT. Thus, we decided we'd just get a cab and head to Magen's Bay for the day. Never have done that before...so I wasn't aware of a great beach bar. Spill!

I'll throw you ONE bone on that guy (yes, I know the exact shot you're referring to). He had the defining expression of PRE-cruising days Bill. Those days are long over and I'm a happy camper now. I do have to ask, though.... am I that butt-ugly in person? I need to start thinkin about some cosmetic surgery or somethin....geez.

Josh....the "dancing" referrence is a metaphor....it just means you know how to tactfully work your way around sticky situations.

I truly meant no offense...as I didn't get a great look at him..but in passing, Mina and I both said... "was that Bill?" but realized it wasn't Shell so it could NEVER have been you! Now I have to DVR it the next time it's on so I CAN take a close look and see if I owe you an apology!

Hey, Jeff! Magen's Bay is wonderful with one of the top ten beaches (for beauty) in the Caribbean. The beach and bar open at 9 AM, and they serve the BEST grilled cheese sandwiches and fries, ever. Burgers and pizza ain't bad, either. Don't take the DCL excursion, the St. Thomas "air taxis" (think truck with organized seats) that are cheap and fun.

Bushwackers have about 9 liquors/liquers, but taste like milkshakes...I order mine with NO nutmeg on top. You know you have had too many when you order "No Mutneg, please." Be sure not to compete with Coconut Jim who climbs the palms and sells the coconuts...no lie.

The beach is a locals beach, but the cruise ships sometimes take over...I like to go early. You can snorkle on one end that is very quiet...the other end rents sunfish sailboats, kayaks, etc. Snorkle and float mats can be rented in the gift shop which has great t shirts as well as upscale cruise type clothes.

We'll go early and stay most of the day.
