I didnt figure you would make it out of bed until at least noon after using the jackhammer.
Have you tried the Thermal Patch on your back?? They work wonders for soreness and last for several hours. Walmart sells them by Thermal care I think.
Just think, now you can pick up and move all those pieces of concrete
Better buy an extra patch.

Shaping up to be a lovely day! We will be in the mid-80's and hopefully not too much humidity.

Bill, glad to see you were able to make it to the computer today! Better take it easy. When you said you might not take part in dinner, did that mean not try for Palo dinner ressies, or did your table mates from the last cruise ruin your thoughts about linking reservations in the dining rooms???

Hi Judy,
I am a slowpoke at planning. I figure about the first of september we will decide on our excursions. we are more excited about meeting the new people and seeing old friends again than we are doing excursions at this point.

Oh and getting revenge on Bill of course!! That is #1 on my agenda ths trip.
I know Greg will need some shorts by then and I will find something to buy, I always do!!
actually I have a set of clothes I just use for cruising for the most part so no need to buy anything new. Just walking shoes.

well off to take care of a doggie who isnt feeling too perky after her shot today.

ok, back to the trip....Has anyone gotten anything from Disney lately...last year we got a bunch of stuff before the actual cruise....a lil planning guide (although I think that was nearer to Sept/Oct)....an island-gram and a couple other things.... I know, I know...be patient....well, I'm ready to go now...I need a reminder that its comin up.

I kept the post cards they send after each cruise and put on my freezer. Each time i get something out of it I get reminded about the cruise.

Hey all, haven't been here in a while just checking in.....Got the girls their lap tops so they are excited to not have to go to the internet cafe to chat w/friends back home and we can upload some pics....
Looks like we are going to do the Golden Eagle Catamaran in St. Maarteen and St. Thomas the old owner of the dealership has a house on the beach in St. John......we are probably going to hang out there in the morning and afternoon......

Heading to Napa Valley on the 22nd for a contest I won here at the store......anyone from California.....

I can laugh but I have been moving slow myself due to twisting my back yesterday.

We have a cooling trend the next couple of days. We're only going to hit 88, that will be nice. Yesterday was 99 at my house. But it felt hotter due to humidity.

Kathy....I actually feel pretty good today and I'm shocked. I really thought I'd be out for awhile longer (btw...someone commented that I can start moving the rubble away...I did that the same day...thats why I was so sore).

Ok...I think I'm back on track with this shirt design. The magic will be there...a banana or two...just have to work it through.

Actually, the debris is just sort of moved out of the way....still looking for a hauler. We're gonna do the new deck in wood....seems like most folks in our neighborhood do it that way....

Another gorgeous day here in IL! Hopefully I can get some of my work done so I can get outside to enjoy it! (Isn't that supposed to be a perk of being "self-employed"??)

Bill -- the most recent thing we received from DCL was the new set of Castaway Club cards and something about the new ships -- that was a few months ago. Looks like you have about 1-2 months to wait for the next round of goodies.

Good luck with the deck! Glad to hear you're not too sore. But I have one thing to say: "delayed-onset muscle soreness."

DD lost her other top front tooth last night so she looks like a vampire. Unfortunately that rich Pennsyvania tooth fairy didn't visit last night. (Just the poor Illinois sprite.)

Sorry been working hard getting the new restaurant ready. We have finally decided on the name. Martino's Italian Cafe. I have been shopping for all the fun stuff the past two days. I really want to make if kind of a fun decor inside. I found really cute pictures for the walls and will get a couple of funky purple couches this weekend. We are hoping to open the last week of June, first week of July...needless to say my posting my be few and far between in the next couple of weeks. Can I get a pass...please Kathy
