Well Bill's on the phone with Cheri so here I am. He's so proud of himself as he is getting ready for his first ever 5K race and ran more than that tonight . Cheri is his coach!

Yeah, I have a tendency to want to take lots of pictures when I drink I have one of a beautiful star-filled Maui sky at night!!! Yeah, I actually thought it would come out amazing:

DS isn't feeling well I think he got it from Jackson So, we're only up to day two still on the Personal Navigators. Maybe have questions ready for tomorrow.

Thanks for the words of encouragement, Jeff. I haven't actually ran the race(sept 23) but I did run the course and then some. For a creppy physical specimen like myself....I'll take it. As for the dead or dying part....trust me, my thighs hurt last night from running most of it. Tonight, I kind of sucked it up and started doing it all over again. I can feel that lovely pain throbbing already. I can't wait to see if I can get out of bed in the morning.

Josh...we have tons of cloud cover here. Its gonna be tough to see ANYTHING. Figures...I wish we were in the Caribbean now, I bet the view would be amazing (for any newbies to this stuff, night skies on the ship are clearer than ANYTHING you've ever experienced---eh, you'll see).

I apologized Kim....geez. I'm sure the thing your going to coach me on is manners....good luck, darlin.....domestic mutt isn't really in my job description.

Wow...I work one day and you guys are posting like crazy! Yesterday was our first day of school and we had the smoothest opening day in 27 years! Until the lightening and downpour hit just as I had 900 kids outside in shear panic! Half the buses were late, so we had five minutes of bedlam until we got them into the cafeteria. Then, of course, kids missed buses...some fun! Wilmington was flooded and it was a mess...I guess Sarah told you about being soaked. I wonder why she didn't listen to her mother and take an umbrella???? Thanks for your kind words for her first day...too sweet!

Okay, let me catch up from yesterday...yes, I want to get married (to DH) again just for the photo package. However, I first need botox, an eye job, and an extreme physical makeover to lose the 20 pounds that I put on in ONE month two years ago! Good times...let's just say that I'm a woman of a certain age and leave it there. (HOT flash!)

I've never seen a more beautiful wedding shot...are you listening, Sarah! Truly a Fairytale! I love me a Princess Bride!

I'm going to try to get on boards today, but I'm bustin' it door to door. Dedicated, I know. I do love my kids and we have an incredible school. Our motto is "Having fun and gettin' the job done!" (Subtitle: You can pull out your kids for a Disney vacation if they do all make up work!)

I have started telling people on CC about this thread so hopefully they will post here soon to say hello. I gave them my e-mail so I could tell them about us. Hope you will drop by there again one of these days to say Howdy. I need some help to get them livened up there.

Josh, did you see the eclipse? I tried but couldnt see it. I did see it on TV . Oh well, maybe next time.

Yeah Kathy, I saw it but I got up at around 6, so it was pretty light out and difficult to see it.

Bill, did you see Mars? I was kinda depressed that the planet wasn't as big as the moon... But I pulled out my telescope and it was pretty big. I could see the giant crater on the face and even... the two moons it has!

Guess what everyone... we now have all four passports! We got them within 7 weeks, which outbeats Kathy's by half!

Oh and Bill, no clouds? I guess you don't remember the storm that ravaged us during our sail away party (knock on wood)?

And... I just found this one. It's at Disney MGM after the cruise, but it's just so cute. Alex didn't want to stop hugging JoJo. He keep going back in for more hugs. We finally had to pull him away because other kids were waiting.
