What software do you guys use to create your own door signs and such? I have Photoshop Elements, but really don't know what it's capable of.

The Magic should be rolling into my neck of the woods for drydock. I'm hoping to go "visit" it on 9/13. I'll take my camera if I'm able to go.

Went to Home Depot today for paint for the dining room. Checked out tin ceiling panels for the kitchen ceiling and decided I want them! They're pricey but the kitchen is small and I might be able to swing it after the trip. Perhaps that could be my Christmas gift! I think I need another second job!

I was working on my FE this morning and had to put it away. I think I went overboard and I may have to start all over again. Give the girl some glue and sequins and I create like David Bowie in the 70's! It now looks like a bad disco decoration! Or a horrible Christmas creation. Either way it's butt-ugly!

THat grocery bag is looking better everyday. DW thinks I am nuts, the couple traveling with us (who I talked into signing up for the FE) thinks I am nuts. I am sure it will all be worth it.

I use Elements for my magnets. It works pretty well. THe trick is in figuring out how to use layers.

I have phobia concerning reading manuals or maybe I simply lack the patience to read them. The jury is still out on that. I guess it's time to bribe DH.

I am absolutely convinced we are out of our minds! If it weren't so much fun I'd be banging my head. DH sat in the living room this AM watching me struggle with the FE and the ironing board and just shook his head.

Everyone - I will be contacting DCL today via e-mail to see if I can reserve a room for the meet. Majority choose Sat at 3pm. (11 responses for Sat, one I don't care for Sun and 1 for Monday and 1 I don't care for Monday.) I will also try to get snacks and request a drink cart be brought around.
I'll post as soon as I hear from them.

Hi everyone,

Yesterday was Mackenzies 8th birthday.We went to Baltimore MD to the aquarium. 2 1/2 hour drive. We had a good time, but she got an ear infection the end of last week, so she wasn't feeling the best, and then lastnight on our way home,she got a really bad headache. She even woke up with it this morning.SO I kepther home from school. It's 11:15 and she is still sleeping. I'm making an appointment to have her eyes checked. I just hope that she isn't like me and have migraines. It's bad enough that she has kidney stones.

I've got a lot of things todo before the cruise yet. I still need to make about 30 more items for the FE exchange,finish the FE, and I need to finish Kenna's quilt so we can have photos with her, Minnie and the quilt. Mackenzies is done. We'll just need to get photos of her with the Princessses.

Does anybody know of a way that I could get her photo taken with all of them at the same time so that we don't have to carry the quilt with us the whole time. Do you think if I went to guest services, that they could help to arrange a time, like before or after Disney Dreams, or Golden Mickeys? Any other ideas?

I worked Fri-Sat-Sun 12 hour shifts and then yesterday with the aquarium.

I was deginning to have tremors--I had to geton here. I got my fix, so I;m good.

OH-If we're having chocolate liquor, we had better have chocolate milk or something for the kids, or I can forget it. With DARE in school,the only way that Bob and I could have a drink at dinner was to get Mackenzie a Shirley Temple. "Mom and Dad, Alcohol is a drug" "I don't want you to have drugs"
