Today was a great day for a meet and the turnout was great. First we had Barry, MIB9's, and Robert Walker meeting up at CMB for the MIB enhancing cinnimon roll and coffee. We then rode Hulk three times, went to dragons and rode three times, JPRA once, Spiderman once, Doom once, Hulk twice more. Went to Suessland and scouted out what we could see of Mt. Crumpit. Still under construction with a sign saying that the grinch had taken all the snow, but that they would get it all back in time. Checked out the rumor of a maze under Sneeches In. Saw nothing to indicate such a maze was in progress of being made.
We made it to MYTHOS and MsDisney and her oldest son were there waiting for us. The five of us had lunch consisting of lobster/corn bisque, tortilla soup. Rissoto with sirlion steak and baked pepper on top in a mushroom sauce, Mythos burger, Pad Thai, Grilled chicken Penne. Two banana gooey cakes and one Apple Tatin.
Will have another post concerning the proposed menu for new years at mythos.
we went to Studios and met up with Bucs300. Bucs300 had just seen rocketman 23 and a friend go in the single riders line se the 6 of us went in the express since Barry and Robert were staying at the Portofino. We thought they would catch up with us or us with them but it never happened.
Since we had six which is a carload we rode that way. Now this car load experience brought some things to light. The top scores of the people in this car ranged from150,000 to two of us that can hit 999,999. we never lost a car against car contest and always had the highest average but our individual scores became average. It seems that to much firepower all aiming for the same high point targets limits how high the high score can be.
Kind of to many lasers not enough aliens.
Robert Walker hit his high today of 411,000 and MsDisney hit 611,000.
The pork brains run was made by Barry, MIB, Bucs300, and MsDisney. scoring was:
MsDisney: 435,000
Bucs300: 635,000
MIB9'S: 615,000
Barry: 274,000.
By the way Barry did bring a little can of Hormel Pork Brains in has bag into the park. it was a point of great laughter.
Barry and robert had to leave at 4:00 to get ready for the Florida Coaster Riders club shindig. MsDisney also had a 9 year old that tired of riding so she said good bye and that left MIB and Bucs300. we each rode again as single riders in seperate cars and Bucs300 scored 812,000 and MIB scored 999,999.
