Shipping works like a charm - I have done it several times. Be sure that your box is the right size and weight and it will be in your cabin when you arrive (or mine always have been anyway).

Yes, I plan on shipping a box too. It's already sitting upstairs in the guest room with some "stuff" in it. My mom is working away on my FEs for our cabins - I'll get them back from her in August.

PINS?!?!? My kids would love them but don't set the bar too high....I don't want people to be too disappointed with my gifts..

Oh, these are nothing fancy. I've gotten pins for as little as $1.25 each on Ebay. DD doesn't know the difference between those and the ones we buy at the park (except I don't let her trade those)!

I agree - I think the kids would be excited over everything they get.

Good point. I'll do that and I'm so looking forward to getting rid of those boxes - just have to balance that with luggage space! I was also thinking of getting trade-able pins as FE gifts so the kids can partake in that. DD loves pin trading, would any other kids enjoy that?

My kids would be over-the-moon about pin trading. I picked up a lanyard for DD4 on my last trip to DL. DD8 already is a trader!!

Nah... can't be related to small children because I suffer it too. Of course, mine is related to dealing with a child that insists on doing algebra in his head despite it having led to low scores in the past.

Oh but wait... that's right... I forgot... he's a teenager so he must know the best way to do this. His teacher and I must just be wrong, wrong, wrong.

I just love how we are Omnipotent in the eyes of our young children, the biggest idiots on the planet to our teenagers, and then appreciated again as a Wise One when our kids grow up and have their own children. Who knew that you could regrow brain cells?
