For what it's worth, my thoughts (yes, you can all go to sleep now).
Deck 10 sounds great. Promenade Lounge worked great on our last cruise. I would think Deck 9 by the drink station would get a bit crowded and it might be hard to tell who's with us or whatever.
But those are just my thoughts for what they're worth (and in this economy who knows how much they'll be devalued). I'll leave it up to you and Mousemom11 (and I sure wish I could remember her actual name ;-))
My thoughts on Pros and Cons -
Promenade Lounge is typically not crowded at all but, it is inside (the only advantage to that is if it is raining in my opinion) but, no crowds sure is it.
Deck 10 - there is a spot aft on the starboard side - I think that is correct - that would be out of traffic but, if it is raining or if it is hot, there is no shade up there, there or anywhere on deck 10. But, if we met above any of the pools, again, children could be swimming.
Deck 9 - I had really thought that was an odd spot but it really worked out well, especially if we had parents with kids in the pool as they were right there. We were "inside" the walkway and other than it was a tighher spot, it worked well.
So, we will be doing WHAT on our Sunday on the cruise? Do we know the ashore and aboard times for CC Sunday? I read a few trip reports and saw that they had an early ashore and aboard time (like midafternoon, 2:30 or 3:00 maybe). My plans for CC include the bar and my favorite drink (konk koolers) and probably Serenity Bay.
Sounds like paradise - as we have SNOW out the window this morning. The deck is covered and most of the grass. I am so not ready for winter.
Enjoy your Sunday - I get to take youngest DS back to college (Alma), and work more on that "spring cleaning" project which I didn't do to well with yesterday.
