11/14/09 - Special Western - 2 CC stops PART2

But I count 44 fishies on the mini-nav. :confused3 Please help a brain dead mommy.

I think it's because there are some extra cabins from Big Jack 2002 that are listed in the FE exchange on the mini-nav that are not listed on the spreadsheet. Everyone else matches up as far as I can tell.

My notes have cruiselovinbunch in cabin 2575. I'm pretty sure that's from a post on here recently.

Val

That is correct! We have updated the on line mini nav with a few changes.

FYI PLEASE keep the questions coming!
This will help to make sure the mini-nav we hand out in the terminal will be as up to date as possible!!!

We have had a lot of new disers pop up in the last few weeks. I think we may still have a few more by the time we get on the ship. I packed a few extra things to give as fish gifts. I usually have people stop me to ask about our fish extenders, and kids dont always understand why they don't get anything. I remember one stateroom with an envelope attached to the door asking if anyone had any extras, could we please include their child.

I will have a little extra candy or little toy to share if anyone runs short.

That is so nice of you! The group here is really a great bunch, I'm sorry I didn't do more to participate.

Just noticed Tropical Storm Ida has developed in the SW Carribbean, projected path towards Cancun by Monday, then ??.

www.stormpulse.com show TS Ida becoming a Tropical Depression as it crosses over Hondouras, and becoming a Tropical Storm again before it hits Cozumel and Cancun on Monday ~ 1pm. Winds are only expected to be 45mph, but lots of rain.

How do I get to the online mini nav? I only have the link to the "final" one that hypermommy sent last week.

I will wait to print our mini-nav until right before we leave. So is the spreadsheet that Gail did still updated? I sent my FE box out today and it will arrive on Wednesday...I'll pack some extras just in case.

STORM!!! That's all I need at this point! My nerves are completed discombobulated as it is! The ole' ticker can't take much more folks...

After teaching yesterday in a petri dish (aka Kindergarten) I am done subbing for now. Packing, organizing and cleaning is all I'm programmed for...

The girls are healthy right now and DH is doing much better. Maybe we will be in the clear by next week...

Bought the snacks for the girls today for the plane. We don't change planes in Nashville so I think we will just pick up sandwiches at the airport. Should be fine.

Mousemom11 have a great time at WDW. We will be there Thursday & Friday...

Are you guys wrapping SM stuff?

Am I wrapping my SM stuff?? Yeah, I think so....how's that for a definite maybe...

Instead of 3 deliveries (or whatever was discussed), I think I'll just do it in one drop off. With all the FEs, I don't want to spend all my time trolling the hallways...

Cheers,
Lisa

1. different cabin # listed for Bamfield on the mini-nav and the spreadsheet.

Hi, I did some checking and the correct stateroom number is listed in the Mini-Nav as 7546. (per bamfield email) Let me check my notes on big jack 2002-8 and get back to you on it. Thanks for the heads up!:thumbsup2
Cynthia

Just to confirm. Cynthia got me all straightened out. (I do need lots of help. :rotfl:) The Amadio's (bamfield) are in Cabin 7546.

I think I will deliver everything, including FE's early in the cruise and I mean early!

Yup, me too!! So if we run into each other in the hallways, in our pyjamas at 2 a.m.......:rotfl::rotfl:

Hi everyone. The mouse family made it safely to Orlando. I was concerned on the first leg of our flight because DD10 developed a severe tooth pain after takeoff - the best I could figure out was it was sinus-related because the nerve from that tooth runs up by the sinuses. And what was the ONE thing I spaced out and left on the counter this morning? Yep, the emergency med kit. Fortunately, they had Tylenol on the plane, but she cried the entire 45 minutes until it finally kicked in. Once we landed in Denver, I hightailed it to a gift store and bought some Benadryl for her. She was just fine on the flight from Denver to Orlando. :thumbsup2

We totally won the luggage lottery today. Our bags were the first ones that rolled out in baggage claim! We hoofed it down to the Thrifty counter to find no one in line. We landed at 3:45 and were walking in the door of the Outback Steakhouse on 192 by 5. The minute we walked in the door, DD10 announced to the hostess "We're tourists! This is my first time at Disneyworld, but Mom and Dad came here on their honeymoon". :lmao: Can you tell that they're excited? I haven't been able to get them down off the ceiling for the past few days. Had a super dinner there and then hit the Winn-Dixie next door to provision our rental house. Our rental house is in Formosa Gardens Estates right off of 192. It is absolutely gorgeous. We've settled in and DH and the girls are swimming in the pool.

Just so you know my face when you see me next week. Me on the plane today.

We're off to Rope Drop at Epcot tomorrow. I'd better head out and get the crew into bed soon. I got them up at 3 am today and I think they're just about running on empty.

Mousemom11! So happy you made it safely! Nice to finally get to "see" you...have a great time at the parks. What's the weather like?

Well, you look happy and relaxed! That's a good thing!

Tomorrow is washing and packing day for us. Then Friday we drive down from Jax to port. Today was about 75. We went to Ft. Caroline on the St. John river and then down the coast to the Estuary Research center (Yes, we're nerds) came home and took a nap, went to cousins for dinner and pool time!

To all a good night!

Quick ??? On a Disney ship how many others nonDis board rooms hang FE, or FE like things? I really didn't pay attention on our last cruise since we did not know about the dis boards. I was just thinking about dropping little things in any room that had something hanging...
:hippie:flight leaves in 11hrs for peace and relaxation...

So it should be clear before we arrive right? Goodness I don't need this stress right now! scared1:
None of us do! = ] :goodvibes

Won't a single early delivery kinda spoil the anticipation for the SM recipient?

At least that one is THIS coming week, not the following! We should be golden by then.

In terms of the storm, I'll try to ease your anxiety. We've done most of our cruises in Sept (prime hurricane season). The Captain did an awesome job stearing us into sunshine everyday, and no, we did not feel the ship pitch & roll as a result. Also, it will pass this week, leaving plenty of sun for us.
