in process of planning for may 2005 (and loving every minute of it!) had ten day world tickets last time but, want hopper plus tickets for next time as, will definately return and can use any unused days then: problem being my oldest DD is 9 next may so would probably be 10 on next trip, can she still use unused days on child hopper or would i have to pay extra for adult ticket? :earsgirl: :earseek: princess:

I believe it is Disney Policy to allow the child price, if the ticket is purchased when they are 9. Since you are buying the ticket when your DD is 9 and using it when she is 9 there is no problem in you using the ticket next time round. Also I did read a thread that said that Disney will upgrade the ticket to an adult at no charge when she does turn 10. If in doubt ring Disney, but I think it will be fine.

I think Disney's "official" policy is that they will upgrade the child tickets to an adults for a small charge. To be honest, I don't think they are overly bothered ( or will challange you) if your child is only just 10 and doesn't look a lot older than she is. If however one were to try to sneak in a 13 y old (boy  ) that happened to be 6 foot+ , sport a full beard and have a very deep voice they may ask for proof of age for that guest.

thanks for the advice, just what i wanted to hear, so unless DD develops beard or changes sex in next two years should all go to plan!
