10th birthday disign?

I am frantically searching everyone's threads and looking for a disign to use on DD's 10th birthday next week (I know, last minute but this trip is a surprise and I have tonight and tomorrow to make shirts while kids are gone). What I would like is the number "10" in zebra print with Mickey Ears on it (we will be at AK on her actual bday). Ideally I will put it on a turquoise shirt since that's her fave color. Anyone? Help a mom out, please?
