We will be going to WDW for our 10th anniversary in September and I REALLY want it to be special. We never had a real honeymoon so I'm really looking forward to this. I had planned on eating in the Castle but I heard all they do for anniversarys now is have you hold up your hand (along with a BUNCH of other people celebrating things) and sing a song. :rolleyes2 Kinda anti climatic if ya ask me. I really want something magical and to be honest a little bit of fuss  So it would really help if someone suggested somewhere magical for our anniversary dinner. Not V&A though (a bit stuffy for us.) And if you know anyone who did an anniversary at CRT lately and loved it please let me know that as well thanx :goodvibes

We dined at the Yachtsman Steak house on both our 9th and 10th anniversaries. Both times we had absolutely amazing meals. The service has been great too. On our 9th we were given a free dessert sampler with cookies and chocolates and Happy Anniversary on the plate. Last year for our 10th we got the same, but they also gave me a long stem red rose. It was such a nice touch.

Another little bonus was after dinner on our way back to the Swan, we could partially see Illuminations.

Citrico's is my personal favorite for the ultimate dining experience... service is incredible, food is spectacular, and if you time it right you can view Wishes from there....at least some of it..

I would suggest you look into Citrico's at the Grand Floridian... incredible restaurant.

DH and I went to CRT to celebrate our 3 year anniversary recently. They gave us 2 flute glasses with CRT logo. The waitress mentioned something about a dessert, but we were too full to even think about dessert about the time (the dessert may have been free, not sure since we did not want any dessert). Also, they gave us the "best table" in the restaurant and decorated the table. Also, the CMs who saw us wished us a happy anniversary. We throughly enjoyed eating at CRT.

DH and I went last September for our 10th and I regret not going with my gut and going to California Grill. Nothing seems more romantic to me than sitting at a window table overlooking the castle and then watching the fireworks. We had a great meal at Shula's but not terribly romantic...

DH and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at California grill. We enjoyed it so much!! they gave us a table that overlooked the Magic Kingdom--it was breath-taking. They brought us desserts(Molten Choc. Cakes) with ribbons made of choc. and Happy Anniversary written on them. We took a carriage ride thru Fort Wilderness too. It was a great vacation. Be sure to mention to the CM at check-in that it is your anniversary. They will put balloons and a pic of Mickey and Minnie in your room.
