Hi everyone! :flower3: We are having a 10am ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion and I'm curious about my potential timeline in the morning. I'm staying with my dad at the Contemporary the night before the wedding and planning on going to pick up my bridesmaids from ASmovies to bring them back to the CR to get ready. I'm sure FMIL will probably come as well b/c FSIL is a bm. What time do you think we should start getting ready (4bms, FMIL, and Me)? Will Ana or Patricia LeJeune come that early? I'm a little nervous but would like to know what others did for an early ceremony. Maybe I should send my dad to pick up the bms so I can be getting ready.... hmmmm. TIA :flower3:

We had a 10 a.m. ceremony at the WP, and we stayed at the Contemporary as well:). I'll ask my wife (Disboard member crown_princess) to post her timeline. She actually scheduled out everything to the minute, just to make sure everything ran smooth. In fact, everyone in the wedding party, as well as the parents, received a copy :lmao:

I believe she had Patricia from LeJeune show up around 6 a.m. Oh, and she also mentioned to have the people who are picky about their makeup/hair to go last, so it doesn't eat into your time and you're rushing at the end.

I'll see if I can get her to post a schedule for you guys!

We had 6 of us (me and 5 BM) getting hair and makeup in my room at the GF for a 10:00am ceremony at WP. Patricia and co. came at 5:15, and it really was not enough time. We were running late. I would definitely pad your estimate a little, as well.

I agree with adding time. We had a 9:00 ceremony and Ana came to my room at 5:00 (I believe). She was only doing me and one of my girls. We were ok time wise but if you are having that many girls done I would definately suggest adding time.

Also, the way you wrote your post it sounds like you are going to pick up your girls. I would definately suggest have them take a taxi over to you. You will not want to be heading over at that time to pick them up. You suggested sending your dad over. That would be a good idea also but honestly I would just suggest a taxi - this way you both could start getting ready.

I also have a 10:00am ceremony scheduled. I am looking at the contract LeJeune sent. It doesn't say anything about what time they'll arrive, but it does say that they'll have everyone ready by 8:30am. They're doing my hair and makeup, but just my daughters' (4 of them) hair. I need to contact them soon to see what time they plan to arrive....
