What a wonderful way to spend your anniversary !
I just spoke with Disney and unfortunately they do not have 3/20-3/25 or 3/21-3/25 available at Bay Lake or Boardwalk. However, there are Villas available at Animal Kingdom (Savannah view), Old Key West, Saratoga Springs, and the Villas at Wilderness Lodge. I have stayed at all the resorts so if you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 412 608 5370. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. As for dining and park passes, you do not have to purchase those until closer to your trip. Again, I'll be glad to assist you with that as well.

Where are your points to? If the seasons change during your stay does your point needs change too?? I'm looking at 11/21/2012 - 11/25 and it changes from Magic to Choice for that last night. I will be needing to book 2 rooms at what I'm assuming is 71 points per reservation for a total of 142 points at Wilderness Lodge.

Also, when and how do you expect payment?

I receive a discount on park tickets, however, if you could tell me what the price is for 3 adult tickets and one child for DVC -- I could compare the two.
