100 YoM Banners For Sale?

Hello everyone! I'm new here, and just was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the 100 YoM banners that are spread throughout all of WDW; can they be found on Disney Auctions? I did read on another site that they're availalbe at a site called www.mainstreetmegastore.com, but they only have ones without the blinking lights.

Any help or insight into how to get ahold of these banners would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure I understand. They have the non-blinking banners available on that site here.

Yeah, the ones on that site are non-blinking; I'm looking for blinking ones, but I have this hunch that maybe they just take the lights off for safety or something ...
