A,D,NO: We always have at least one meal at the Rainforest Cafe (Downtown Disney or Animal Kingdom) when visiting WDW.

Hard to answer- for an actual "show" I would say yes- but the ambiance of fireworks over the castle I'd disagree- since that to me is Disney.
