I agree so much that we never stay for Illuminations. We watch it from BCV.

One of my top five best feelings during the year is walking out of the airport in FL and seeing the palm trees, smelling the air, feeling the warmth (because we live in NJ and go during Feb), and knowing that Disney is under an hour away...

Agree - this is one of the first things my cousin (16) and I do upon our arrival! This is the first trip we're taking that she and I will have our own room - so we'll have our own window to do!
