100 reasons to stay onsite vs us 192..

My friend is going to disney with DH,DS(5 yrs old) and DD (4 yrs old) and it's the kids first time .Here is the thing she wants to stick to a budget since they are buying a house in a couple of months.Understandable right?.OK,She got a quote of $44.00 at the Days Suites maingate east, this is for a suite with full kitchen ,a living room, a sofa bed and 2 doubles in the bedroom.Not bad right?..Except that this hotel is on US 192 and if you know the area you know the downside of staying in kissimmee.I was able to get her the $55.00 rate to stay at an All Star. I also told her that she could get one of those disposable coolers and keep it in her room so that she can save the $10 refrigerator rental fee. I also told her about the pizza delivery and that she could eat a heavy lunch instead of a heavy dinner and just snack if they are still hungry at night to save $$$. This is where I need your help, I told her that I could give her a hundred reasons(or at least more than 4) to stay on site. Reason 1.No Disney Magic at Days Inn *Reason 2. The traffic at US 192 is just wild* Reason 3.Staying on site is a lot more fun*Reason 4.The kids are gonna love the theme at the All stars .*Reason 5.Mickey (or Stich) wake up calls.OK,now I need you to help me think of the other 96 reasons..PLEASE HELP!!

7. Complimentary Disney transportation to all theme parks

Never, ever, ever, never stay at a Days Inn in Orlando!!!!! Yuck, icky, gross, no, no, no,no,no. It will cost her more to find a room on short notice after she sees the DI and wants to leave screaming after one night. (ok, maybe not screaming, but she will want to leave) There have been many reviews of the DI here on the Dis and none of them were good.

How about a place in Downtown disney instead? Bigger rooms for the same price as disney. Maybe help her with a priceline bid. check out biddingfortravel.com first. They will be happy to answer any question you/she has before bidding and even help with the bidding process. With the savings alone, she could go to the Walmart and buy a crockpot, toaster, and cooler.
